All of my family members have dealt with Rosemary at the West Water's Tampa location over many years even following her from location to location because her customer service is AWSOME. She has always taken care of any problems promptly and made sure we got the best price possible. Unfortunately Public Storage has raised our rent sometimes substantially in a short amount of time. I wish they would consider how it is a financial hardship, especially in these times. I am giving the 5 star rating for Rosemary, not Public storage.

Had to come into town with jet skis for a few days and needed a place to park them. Angela in particular was extremely helpful in getting things arranged for me last minute (because the company that I was talking to refused to pick up the phone the day I was going to arrive; so I switched last minute to Public Storage). Angela was beyond helpful in finding a way to get me in the day of, with a big enough spot for me to pull the skis in and get me an after hours code.

I made a reservation and online rent the night before and I received the access code and necessary instructions in regard to rent. When I dropped the place, found my unit is clean and ready to use. I met the on-duty manager, Keith, that he is very polite, customer oriented, dedicated, helpful and knowledgeable to any of my inquiry of rent/insurance. I have no doubt I will keep my stuffs in this location as everything looks great from price, distance, great customer service and location.

Oh gosh where to begin!!!! No one enjoys using storage it’s just a reminder that you have wayyy too much stuff, right!! Rose, Diamond and Jacob made the process of getting into multiple storages easy. When I enter they great me by name, I’m obviously there too much, but I digress. This location is the most affordable in the area and the temperature control section is all on the first floor, which is a plus.
The only downside is there is only 1 cart for the entire facility so that is a huge challenge and something to be mindful of when moving. Which I took one star off for.

This facility is good, spacious, and has updated entry and exits... (download the app) , clean, they are currently painting the facility and it looks good, the Manager Stacy is knowledgeable and upbeat,and always will to help.

Great service from Stacy, always a pleasure seeing her. She keeps the property maintained very well considering she is almost always there alone.
I have nothing to complain about this place. I've had no problems at all, I'd like the easy APP entry access from your phone that's really awesome no problem at all, it's been great so far. Except I did have trouble when I 1st was getting the storage unit the person that was running the place at the time was most of the time Missing in action it took me 5 hours of that day either on the phone or on the door step or both combine trying to get somebody to help me rent a unit.
What can I said , staisy and Danny are the best , they help me to place my reservation, and even when they were about to close , they never rushed me to get out of the place , they treated me like if I was a long time friend , I was soo happy that I would recommend the store to all my friends and family members. They are really the best !!!!
I was thinking all storage facilities are the same, then I came across Public Storage and Stacy. The W Waters Ave Tampa location is convenient, the facility condition is the best out of the 3 I toured but the deciding factor was the manager, Stacy. Her genuine concern for my storage needs and her experience matching my needs and her offerings made me realize I found the storage solution I was looking for. Stacy searched several fields to find what worked for me in a very pleasant and professional manner. She is a valuable asset to Public Storage and made me feel I made the right decision signing up with a facility manager that cares as much about the customer as Stacy does.

Stacy and her assistant Danny have been very professional and have given me OUTSTANDING customer service. Stacy has been extremely kind and gave the best possible rate PUBLIC STORAGE has to offer. Danny spoke to me personally about my reservation and was in depth to explain the process and procedure of me leasing a space. I surely hope that ALL PUBLIC STORAGE facilities are run as smooth and professional as my experience. Excellent service and good prices for a storage. the service agent Danny help me in all my questions and walked me thru the area in a very courteous and professional manner. i felt very welcomed and the area looks very secure thats what i was looking for too. I recommend this place 100%.
