Maridy’s is an ANGEL and helped me and my boyfriend after the most stressful experience with a different public storage location and 3 unsuccessful phone calls with their terrible customer service over the phone. She was the only person who actually helped us get the correct unit with AIR CONDITIONING, INDOOR, and a 10’15 ft storage size. We were tight on price since our refund was not processed the same day and funds were not available yet so she helped us get one for only 30$ MOVE IN with exactly everything we needed! That’s all we had to pay! She even came back when we were almost done putting all of our belongings into our storage and gave us cookies she had made. Customer service 1000/10. This employee needs a raise! If you go to this location, SPEAK WITH MARIDYS. Thank you so much!!!

I explained how fast I needed to change my unit. I have been at this location for 7 years…
Rent had gone up to $400 dollars which is nuts never missed a payment. Craig helped me get back to under $200 just by switching units over the phone….. if you don’t promote him for customers service you are an idot!
But personally think you need someone at the front desk. Craig can teach them how to make things happen!

I recently rented a unit at Public Storage and honestly had a great experience from start to finish. The highlight for me was the customer service, especially from Maridys. She was super helpful, welcoming, and made the whole process way easier than I expected. She took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me around, and helped me find the right unit without any pressure. You can tell she really knows her stuff and cares about the customers. The facility itself is clean, and well-lit. I’ve had no issues accessing my unit, and I feel confident my things are in good hands. If you’re looking for storage, I’d definitely recommend this location and if you get to work with Maridys, even better!

More than giving a good review, I would like to recognize Maridyz for going above and beyond with her caring and compassion towards others.
We were travelling for the holidays and our car had been stored for a while and the battery was dead. We asked if there was a booster around or we would have to Uber my whole family and go buy a new battery (it was about 7 or 8pm).
There wasn't a unit around but she offered her car and her jumper cables. She stood there with us for a while until it charged my battery from hers and I was able to start my SUV. She was an angel and we are forever grateful for her help.

Maridys has always been so helpful. If she isn’t in the office she is walking the large property and making sure it’s super clean. From explaining the web specials to helping me pick the most secure lock (they sell them right here!) and explaining the payment system she has always been so kind and eager to assist. I wish more managers were like her.
Maridys has been awesome. From the last minute move in to the recent home downsize she’s been amazing. Despite the technical issues with the corporate site she has kept her cool and managed to calm me down. The property is large and is well kept.
