I recently got a new trailer and began parking it behind my other trailer in the lot. I got a call today from Tara at public storage asking me if that was a new trailer of mine because she knows that it is not my normal trailer and wanted to make sure someone else wasn’t invading my space I am renting. She could have ignored it and not gone through the effort but instead she used her attention to detail to do her best to make sure her customers are receiving top tier service. As a business owner I understand how hard it is to find good managers so when I see a manager do something that stands out like this I make sure to leave a review in hopes that her boss/owner of the facility see this and recognize the managers value to the company. Makes me as a customer feel valued when I know that the manager knows every single one of our trailers by memory and cared enough about me to call me.

Rushed to get to Public Storage at Old Winter Garden Road on a Friday afternoon before the office closed. I got there right after the office door was locked but Tara graciously opened the door and assisted me with the most easy. She was so polite and nice, which was most needed after the chaos of trying to get here. She was patient and answered my questions and was very helpful.
If you have a small business this is the best place to rent! Tara and Missy who work at the property are amazing. Every storage place has its downsides but anytime I’ve ever had an issue Tara and Missy were there to resolve it quickly.
During the hurricane they made sure to bring sandbags and other emergency items to help protect my space. I love how they go above and beyond just to make sure I’m taken care of.
Long story short. The property is safe and reliable. The staff is amazing. The prices are fair. If you’re on the fence about renting here…. You won’t regret it!

Princess was awesome yesterday. We got an alarm from our boat. Usually this only happens if someone is actually ON the boat. Been parked there for over a year, never got an alarm notification. We were very concerned. I called the office, Princess went out and checked out boat and texted me a Pic of it. All good. I guess the storm was just that nasty that day. Princess relieved our concerns. Can't thank her enough.
Update to their 'pat themselves on the back response': Pat Tara on the back, the company doesn't deserve it. NO. Public Storage is not happy to help, AT ALL. I went through costumer service and live chat, as forced by the virtual system. Zero help there. I couldnt even get a human on the phone, unless I called from a number not on my account. They were useless. I was already planning new storage options. The company is all virtual based, unless selling. Only Tara saved the situation and solved our problem. Public Storage, as a company, was useless and a terrible experience. Tara was incredibly helpful and completely turned around our experience. We had some issues with neighboring storage spaces and were very frustrated with the company as a whole. We decided we were going to have to go into the office to deal with the situation.Tara completely understood the problem we were facing, immediately rectified it, and even got us into a much more convenient space. Excellent service from Tara.

I come here probably 10-15x a month minimum and every time i come here, Ms. Tara always welcomes me. Always asks if i need any help or anything. She’s great and makes my day at storage
Just signed up for a space to store our van and had a great experience working with Tara to find the best fit!
Let me start by saying Customer service is everything! I don’t mind driving to another company or store in a different area for better customer service!!!!! Rosemary and the other lady that work there are awesome and very helpful. When they was doing renovations on the property. I wasn’t able to move my vehicle that was in storage, soThey hire a tow truck to carefully move my vehicle and park it somewhere at no cost from me. I appreciate that so much. They didn’t have to do that. Employees and Managers like that would help make a company successful and help retaining customers.
Tara is an amazing employee my review is based 💯 on her. The closest public storage to me went all AI kioske and I hate that. Loved talking to a real person and she was so great !! She is outstanding.

I came in overwhelmed at the very last min on moving , and was very disappointed at my leasing office of such short notice. Until I came into this public storage location and was assisted by an employee princess sanders whom was very patient, showed great willingness to help and assist me even took a step of her great wisdom and gave me a word of encouragement to help enlighten my day . She was very courteous, happy with suck kindness and awesome customer service . I’d recommend that location and her specificity to anyone I know she really rocks !!! Great worker , and a poster influencer ..

Manager Princess was outstanding. She answered all my questions and showed me the best storage for my needs. I was embarrassed because my little kids were running around, she told me it was ok because she also is a mother and offered them candy to calm down.

I had to wait a little bit but my RV is finally where it belongs, All Aboard Storage in Old Winter Garden Rd about one mile from my house. This place is awesome, is big, in a great location and well secured. The management? What can I say about Jenavy Laboy? Well I can't remember the last time I meet someone so professional, so dedicated and so courteous, she is the type of person that you definitely want to work with. I am glad my RV is there and I can tell you it will be there for many years to come.

The allaboard storage is conveniently located off oldwinter garden rd jus before goodholmes where u can take the 408 east or west. Big spacious lot spots and the round about makes movin trailors and boats easy and accessible! The manager Jenavy was wonderful she help with gettin the account setbup had a smile on her face and pointed me in the direction of my bay and ask if i needed assistance! Like she could drive this rig! But the attitude was stupendous! Only wish they had or offered a covered port or bay that i could easily drive under but all in all great experience totally would come again and recommend a friend !
