Getting our first storage unit was an easy, fast, and very pleasant experience. We realized we needed a second unit and that created some confusion and frustration on both ends. I still gave a 5 star review because Trina saved the day. The others I dealt with were truly trying their best to figure out what the problems were with getting another unit, they were pleasant and as helpful as they could be. I was forwarded to Trina, and she struggled with the same issues but was able to continue to problem solve until it was taken care of. It would be easy to write a bad review because everything didn’t go “perfect”, but to me it did. Life can’t be perfect all the time, but when you meet the challenges head on and with grace the obstacles are easily overcome. Thank you Trina for the great customer service.
My agent, Trina Rene, was very helpful and personable and knows her job well. She set me up with a rental unit and the Memorial Day sale was a real value 50% off for the length of the rental agreement, not just the first month (Public Storage pays for the first month of insurance ($19 in my case, and charges a one-time $29 "move-in" admin fee + $20 for a sturdy lock which is refundable if you have your own lock). The Ocala Public Storage location has moved to a remote-only customer service model, with rentals set up via emails and a phone call. I like the convenience of secure online payments and a live, knowledgeable person to walk me through the process. Thank you Trina!
I rented a unit. I wanted another one, right beside the one I already have. Hours on the phone, more time at the kiosk and I still can’t get the unit next to the one that I am already renting. The phone rep says the person at the kiosk can help. The person at the kiosk says only the phone rep can help.
They charge for a lock, they charge for insurance, they charge a fee to change the site but won’t tell you what the amount is until AFTER you give them your credit card number.
Terrible way to run a business.

My first time using a virtual kiosk!! I think it was great!! Smooth, with the only issue being that the door code only works at one specific door, but it was never really an issue!! Spacious isles for pulling vehicles up! Only complaint is our unit was directly in sunlight in the afternoon, but (not their fault!!)I never asked for anything specific! It was retched trying to get anything in and out at that time of the day!!!
Unfortunately did not love public storage. The unit I bought on the second floor was inaccessible because there are no stairs, and the elevator was broken. I asked if they thought it would be fixed soon so I could get my stuff “she said honestly I don’t know but I doubt it” don’t go here :(
This used to be Neighborhood Storage I had a unit there for 3 years you'll love this one never got a notice that's Public Storage bought it nothing all they did was the first month because I was on digital pay find me for being late with my payment I never had a notice from anyone that this changed hands

In today’s world it’s hard to find someone who’s willing to provide great customer. This is why I have to brag on Megan’s ability to be patient and genuine. I’ve been with the company for sometime now. I have to say hands down she’s the best and very personable. Every time I speak with her, I get the same great experience.
The last time I went to the storage I got real sick and had to be hospitalized it was something about the stores the doctor said that I can't remember the word but I would no longer be going back to the storage up and no one again
