I came in today because I was having issues with the website and Ana Maria was able to help me get the issue fixed. She was very helpful and I'll probably just come in whenever I have issues.
Anna Maria was amazing. Very customer oriented, knowledgeable, and helpful! Great customer service! A pleasure to deal with. Give her a pay raise soon! She is a keeper.
I'm just gonna get straight to the point, I've dealt with some crappy people when trying to get a storage unit but Ana Maria here at Niceville is a queen. This girl made me laugh and answered my questions with professionalism. She didn't have no attitude and didn't make me feel stupid when I asked her questions. The place is nice and clean too.
I called yesterday because I saw this deal online and wanted to know more. The lady on the phone Ms. Anna Maria was very patient with me in answering my questions since I've never rented a storage unit before and didn't know what to look for. Very pleasant experience.
I've had trouble with inconsistent communications among team members when I was trying to upsize my unit. The day I went in I worked with Anna, and she was wonderfully helpful: apologetic for that which I had been told incorrectly but also willing to patiently work with me to accomplish what I needed in a way that was cost effective and convenient. The storage spaces are great and the facility amenities are amazing. The online pricing and promotions are hard to beat. My only issue was inconsistent instruction from staff on the phone, but I am thankful Anna was the rep who worked with me on-site. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because of the frustration I had with conflicting answers between phone calls and an in person visit.
This public storage was easy and quick to move in. The spaces were clean and the elevators were very spacious. They also had trolleys to help move your items. The AC never went out for the year I used the storage unit. If I ever needed help there was always someone in the office. The representatives there were very kind and easy to work with. If you had to have a few pods dropped off to be unloaded/loaded for moving they allowed you to be able to do that. Making payments was easy through the use of their app as well.
Dawn was so helpful when I called for information that even if the competition was more I'd rather have good customer service!!!!

After having an extremely negative interaction with another Public Storage employee, I was fortunate enough to have Nicholas assist me and solve the issue immediately due to his subject matter expertise. Nicholas was able to diagnose and immediately identify the problem and treated me with the upmost professionalism. His supervisors need to understand what a valuable asset he is to Public Storage. Update: another employee at this location named Anna Marie assisted with questions I had. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, thank you for your assistance!

Stopped by and was pleasantly greeted by Blake. He was very professional and shared lots of knowledge about the storage units. The prices are great and I look forward to returning and purchasing a unit from Blake.

Blake was wonderful in helping resolve a late fee that was charged even though I had set up auto pay. Previous employee (no longer working there) did not set it up properly and Blake was on top of it. Helped get it set up properly, refunded my late fees, and gave me access to our two units. Did it all with a smile and positive attitude. I am happy to share a 5 star review when I get excellent service with a positive attitude. Must be grateful for competent service. Thank you Blake!
