Shannon was on duty today, I explained what I was needing to accomplish for the day, she done a super job at answering my questions and addressing my concerns.
Shannon is the second person I have interacted with at this facility, and as with the 1st, she did an incredible job.
I had some concerns about using a storage facility, but with the experiences I've had, my concerns have dissipated, if all the employees at this facility are like the 2 I have had the pleasure of speaking to thus far I look forward to meeting the next.

At my appointment with her, she helped me get everything squared away, helped me Download the app and get logged in, and showed me the features. I love the fact that I was able to locate the facility and when I had questions, they were readily answered. It is so easy to have my payments on the autopay as well. This ensures that I don't accidentally overlook a payment. The unit is clean and in a controlled space so I have no need to worry about where anything is. I'm glad that I found them. The way and convience of the way it's set up is one less thing I have to worry about. I would reccomed them highly.

Despite having a terrible previous experience with the Public Storage on Davis HWY in pensacola I decided to give public storage another shot.
I was surprised at how well this location operates.
Shannon was very helpful in explaining all the new features like using the app to open the gate and the entire process.
She didn't try to force a larger unit and instead explained which size storage would work best for my needs.
Facility is very clean and secure.

Was down in Florida looking for storage as we are moving south this winter. I was able to meet an employee outside name Casey I think, and he was able to answer all my questions and show me how well kept the grounds were. Made picking a place easy!

I was locked out of my unit because I had left my key at home. Fortunately I met a woman named Dana who offered to help. Turned out that she had a set of bolt cutters and a few spare locks. Fast forward I'm in my unit have a new lock and a guardian angel

These people are so friendly and helpful. The prices are great too. I called and looked online for self storage and for less than the places not climate controlled, I ended up getting a bigger storage unit that is climate controlled through Public Storage. And the entire ordeal from the time I walked in the door until the time I started putting my stuff into my unit, was faster than even looking online for the other places. Public Storage is fast, affordable and friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I have used several storage places in the area, but Chantilly is by far the best. The compound is large enough that it makes getting in and out of the units extremely easy. I will never use any other storage and I highly recommend Chantilly to anyone needing a storage unit
