Relocating from Arizona, and I had been the most pleasurable experience with Marina. She was wonderful and super accommodating. While I was getting my unit I encountered 2 experiences of people coming in YELLING at her about the prices (that's out of her control) she handled these 2 different individuals with so much grace. She was very helpful and calm even with their bad attitudes. She's an allstar.. and so helpful.

I just rented a storage unit at this Public Storage location and I had a wonderful experience with Marina, front office, in helping me with the unit. I had never rented a storage unit in the past so this was my first time. She had the patience and took the time to explain everything and show me units. She was very organized and customer focussed. I love the easy parking. The managers are are so professional. I don’t feel like im Being followed around like I’ve experienced in the past. Pulled up to this location at 4:59pm on New Years Eve. The manager (FJ) opened the locked door and asked what we needed. When I told her we wanted to rent a unit, she agreed to help us even though they close at 5pm! Amazing customer service from the start. She showed us several units and got us all set in less than 30 min. I can access the building with an app from my phone and it’s clean and air conditioned. What more can you ask for. Highly recommend this location.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. HJ was pleasant and very informative. She was sure to explain all of the details regarding the unit rental and answer any questions I had. The lobby, halls and storage unit were all very clean. During my move, I had to use the restroom downstairs and that was also very clean. There were no hidden fees included and the $1 special for the 1st month truly was just $1. I highly recommend this particular location and ask for HJ. She was amazing!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Literally the most useless facility I’ve ever seen. No one is ever there no matter the day of the day of the week. If you need any assistance good luck. Even getting someone to answer a call is impossible. Useless workers

If i could give this place negative stars i would. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for two days. No one is EVER at the front desk and they don’t answer the phone either. We waited for hours yesterday and have been waiting 2 hours outside the office today. The lady who is supposed to be working is sitting outside in her car smoking a cigarette as if she isn’t late for work. Everyone here is useless and rude.

Great attendant at this location. Nice and attentive. I have PTSD and I am a disabled veteran with memory and mobility challenges the young lady calls me to remind me of my payment due date,makes that I am safe when I come. If she has time and call when I show up she goes back over what I have and advises me of of little things that help my experience to be easier and more pleasant as I usually have to oealoe.

These two friendly and informative team members not only give great details / explanations, but the WAY they are is what makes my visits to our storage unit a true customer journey / experience. Other spots down the street ask double and lack the customized assistance and good energy. When it’s about moving - no matter how small the move - we need all the positive moments we can get! Get them here! :)

Im very thankful for the help I received from Valencia. She gave me a price quote before I signed and explained everything in detail with a full price. I left to get a second quote from a near by storage company. I left within minutes and returned to Life storage. Their prices are far better than the competition. Great experience and effortless.

This storage facility was extremely easy to set up and the process was surprisingly smooth and pain-free. I needed a place to store some beach wheelchairs, and from the very beginning, before I even arrived in Miami, Phillip was of tremendous help over the phone. I had researched the storage options before I had arrived in Florida, but I had concerns about the dimensions of doors, elevators, etc that led to my potential storage unit. After Phillip told me immediately over the phone what he remembered the dimensions being, he further took the effort to go check the dimensions of doors physically, then called me back to confirm that my wheelchairs would get through the facility with ease. When I arrived at the facility to finalize the unit rental, I couldn't believe how quick and easy the process was. There were no hidden fees that came up at the last minute either. Everything was up front over the phone, and it was fair business upon arrival.

She was very attentive and highly knowledgeable on everything. Life Storage is Awesome!! They helped me consolidate two 2 spaces into one bigger storage and save money. I have been renting a storage space at Public Storage (aka. Roaches/Rats) in Aventura for years. When Public Storage bought the storage place things change almost immediately. Rents increased every 4 to 6 months, not kept clean, climate control got much warmer, 1 cart to move stuff for entire place, and roaches and rats. Vonnie was great and helped with a smaller space that I needed along with my Public Storage space. I liked the ease to move stuff in and out, plenty of carts, clean, and climate controlled means climate controlled. Vonnie then helped me secure a larger space at Life Storage to consolidate both storage space into one and saving money. Vonnie and Philip also helped me secure a very affordable Life Storage moving truck to transfer my stuff from Public Roaches/Rats. Vonnie is AWESOME and I highly recommend Life Storage!!

I have to share the wonderful experience that I had in Life Storage Aventura. Even the day that I enter I share verbally with the Area Manager Jodie. Philip exceded my expectations as a client, the service was outstanding before and during the rent period. Another thing that I have to share is the cleanliness of the whole building and that includes the bathroom. Without exaggeration is so clean that you can eat from the floor. Las but not least the team Vonnie does with Phillip is great, they compliment each other very well. Sincerely grateful.

Nice price, clean, friendly staff, I rent 5×7 with a/c for 77$ monthly, but first month 55$ includes admin fee 25$ and click 14$...I think it is very good deal...I m very glad that I choosed this storage.

Had an amazing experience at the Aventura location off Miami Gardens Drive. The location is brand new and spotless with access through key pad pretty much all day and evening. The staff was super friendly although i dealt mostly with Vonnie who's customer service is worth 20 stars! I came a few times to check out the storage unit and reserve it and then on the day of my move. Vonnie is one of those people that anticipates what you need before you even know, and was extremely helpful assisting with the purchase of packing supplies and what would be the most cost efficient. Cant say thank you enough!!! So glad my mom found this place by accident!!!
