Run away from this place. Jacked my rates up 25 percent after only six months and then gave me some song and dance about the going market rate. Or you can move all your stuff again to a smaller unit. This place is nothing but a bait and switch game. They cheat the consumer. I'd give ZERO stars if the system would let me.

I visited this location because I was sent from the current Casselberry location I have been using for 15 years which is now a kiosk facility. I really dislike the fact that there is no one there if you need help. I wanted to rent a second unit. I tried, making calls to my current location and the main Public Storage number. I was told that I even though I reserved a unit online I had to go to my Casselberry location to complete my new rental on the kiosk; that was useless, it could not be done! II was then sent to the Maitland location where Jeremy was very personable and very professional. He solved all my issues within minutes. He is truly an asset to the Public Storage Company. I wish I could move everything there where Jeremy is in charge.. I would like the kiosk facilities to go back to having people man those facilities!

Much of the property has great lighting indoors and out. The parking lot is both ample and easy to manuever a variety of vehicles. The space under AC however is bring neglected. The main outside door does close and is both a waste of energy and open for all manner of critters to enter, 24 hours a day. For many months a second dolly cart has been left broken and unusable and hidden in the stairwell. Today, I find the gate to be completed broken from it hinges (it happens) and the chain is left on the ground across the entrance for people to run over. Management need to take a long hard look it they way this installation is handled.
Thank you to Jeremy for his professionalism, knowledge and patience with me over the past two weeks. Couldn't make up my mind about a storage space. Jeremy helped me make the right decision. Thanks Jeremy for your outstanding customer service!
