Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 6500 Manatee Ave W, Bradenton, FL

Why have a storage unit if you can never access it??? Call customer service and they said there's a problem with the door which has been going on since 2 days ago and no one can help at the time. Do not bother with this company they do not care

My partner has been calling over and over for two days to try and move up our move in day, but no one ever answers the phone.

Zogisle was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Really appreciate his help. Would definitely recommend this place.

Janice was friendly and knowledgeable! Had a quick and painless move-in. I would highly recommend this property for people looking for smart prices, ease of use, and climate-controlled spaces.

Beware the price they quote because they bill you fees they don't tell you about on the phone.

I was directed to this facility on the internet. It was brand new, and had nice rates. Ended up completing the lease application online, and was assigned a spot sight unseen. All the instructions were clear, and everything was straightforward. Went to the location, and it was easy to follow the access instructions, and use the app, or assigned code if wanted. Upon entering, there are two freight elevators, and restrooms with the climate-controlled storage located on three different floors. Was able to locate the particular unit easily. More than suitable for my needs. Everything was brand new. I had a few questions about the application, and using the app, so I stopped by the front office on the way out (located outside and around the corner of the building). I met Nelson in here, and he was very friendly, and helpful. He addressed all my questions, and I was more than satisfied with the overall experience. Everything was as expected, leading to a definite recommendation for this location.

I have rented at several Public Storage locations and the 6500 manatee Avenue one is especially nice. The staff if very kind and professional, especially Zogisle! It’s always nice to be greeted pleasantly and to feel like the staff is happy to help. Overall great experience!
