It's a clean, climate controlled storage facility...it does what it is supposed to do but what gives it five stars is ROBERT who is super nice and helped me out of a serious jam... he's the only reason I bothered to write a review (no, he didn't request me to.....I just feel it's important to recognize good people!).

Great location and easy to use kiosk for making your payments. Robert the manager is amazing and I highly recommend location.

Places OK when the elevators aren’t down. My only major concern is that they haven’t changed the AC filters in over a year. I’m sure that’s not good for whatever you are keeping in storage.

She got me the perfect size unit and when I was having a breakdown and feeling like everything was going wrong she insured she will help me and did just that. In a nice neighborhood; priced higher than the other two major storage businesses in the area. The construction in front of the place for October and now November really make it disgusting to be able to drive into the property.

I hope the storage mgmt gives her a skate to walk (“ride”) those long aisles all by herself! 🙌🏼 Updated feedback (half month later): As I said above, she was indeed as described. Little I knew by then that once the client was hooked she would show her real face in the first opportunity. Today I received her call charging me the overdue payment (2days). I did not understand that I had paid only half month on 06/14! It’s my very first time renting a storage. And here she came in a different tune of voice saying that I was overdue and had to pay today or I would be charged a fee, full of attitude saying that I was not allowing her to explain... bla, bla, bla! I couldn’t ask anything and she continue repeating that I was not letting her explain. There is no explanation, Shanice! You deceived me by letting me believe that I was paying a full month. My mistake was that I did not double check the paperwork she gave me so “captivating” she was. Well, the nice impression vanished! For my speechless surprise, she simply hung up on me!!! Unrecognizable! She seemed another person. What a nasty and disrespectful attitude towards a client! Rude and non-professional.

Had a storage bin at this place for many years and never had a friendly and positive contact even when they were acquired by another company. Only had price increases and prohibition from disposing of anything in their garbage container...However, when I met the new (to me) local Manager: Shanice, found her to be most helpful, extremely efficient with the computer system, warm and friendly, assisting us to make some changes that will allow us to remain using "Public Storage" with satisfaction for many more years. Shanice Has excellent customer service skills it is no wonder she is a manager. My first time there I was in a frenzy because my lease was up at my old apt and my new apt wouldn't be ready for another week. So having to move into storage find and find a hotel and plan a 2nd move all in a week was very stressful, but thanks to Shanice she made it a lot smoother, She explained every detail, and gave me a great tour and made sure i knew how to use everything, and was tremendously helpful! on my second visit the level of service was exactly the same she was even on her lunch break and still helped! She answered all my questions put me at ease and when i was leaving even gave me 2 beautiful paintings someone got rid of. It's nice to know there are still warm, friendly, helpful people willing to go the extra mile. Thanks Shanice!

Just showed up for my appointment for my reservation which I have an email confirmation of price and unit. When I got here, they said they had no more available. To make it worse they tried to get me into the facility next door and $50 more a month. Sham.

Had a reservation. Went during office hours and no one was at the door and they did not answer the numerous calls I made with the call button nor the telephone. The thing on the door said the person would return by 11:30, which is the time we arrived. We left at 11:40.

This location is fantastic, It is secured with gate codes, very clean, will kept. The staff is very helpful and knowlegable and the neighborhood is great. A special thanks to my sales rep Alicia. On helping me obtain my 10x20 unit. She is very good. Sold me biggest unit, sold me biggest insurance, Even a lock from them. Very helpful and I walk out with a big smile. Thank you Alicia. I received great service from Henry when I was at this location. I just happened to stop by to see what spaces they had available. They didn't have the size I needed but Henry went of his way to show me other sizes. None of the sizes worked for me. If I ever need storage I'll stop by here again.

My experience was transitional in management. So far, everything is good. Public Storage keeps their facility clean and up running. The people in the office are very helpful and friendly. The access gate hours could be extended to 10 or 11 PM, to let tenants be more flexible in access the facility. In general is good!
