Blanche is the person I deal with at this location. She is always pleasant and accommodating. I have been storing at this location for a very long time and she is always willing to go the extra mile to help me with my storage needs. She is great about calling me to let me know that I have not paid my bill so that I do not incur unnecessary late fees which I appreciate greatly.

I had the great pleasure of working with Tenoa today. I had some difficulties accessing the facility so I went into the office to chit chat with her. She was super knowledgeable about the app and how it worked and was more than happy to assist me in getting my phone to recognize the place that I was at. She did this with a smile and a pleasant attitude, I hope she is always there when I have opportunities as I know she is solution oriented.

Awesome storage to have Tenoa was very helpful and very nice great customer service.
Facility is always clean & well maintained. I have a climate controlled unit & it’s always pest free inside. Only negative I can comment is that communication with anyone at Public Storage can be a challenge. You have to go through an automated system & then leave a voicemail. The Hunt Club location has a help Kiosk, but no one is there on the property.

First off I want to thank Tenoa for calling me to see how my move went. Also, the location is super clean, and I loved that they provided carts to help transport my boxes to my storage spot inside. I like the fact how easy it was to rent a storage online, and an email provided on how to receive my key and key code for the gate. The app for entering the storage is efficient by the tap of your phone so you don't have to memorize your gate code. Thank you for making my rental process as easy as possible.

I had to find a storage unit fast and Blanche helped me find the size unit I needed that day and was able to move in that same day. Super friendly staff, very professional and goes above there duties. I would recommend this public storage to friends family or anyone.
Sad to say after 9 years plus I have to change this post. Customer service is horrible at this location. The kiosk barely works. They fired Blanche after 20 plus years and replaced her with a eye rolling teeth kissing ratchet employee.
They're clean the place up they painted the place good people too work with and friendly best prices in town

7/25/22: I have been using this Public Storage for 17 years for one reason: Blanche. She is the master at customer service and will do whatever she can to meet your needs. Unfortunately, she is no longer there and if it was a management decision, shame on them. They must have not spent enough time observing and appreciating her skills and maybe even learn from them. I’ll be leaving soon and I’m sure many more will too.

I was greeted warmly by Blanche. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. I was not too familiar with the area and what would be the most convenient location based on where my new condo is located. She actually sent me to one much more convenient. It was a great experience!!!

I've been a customer for more than 15 years. Never had any problems or issues with the facility. The manager (Blanche) is always friendly and helpful.
I picked the facility because my neighbors recommended it and now I understand why. Blanche was so helpful and informative. It is nice to work with a business with friendly employees.

Blanche was extremely helpful in getting a unit set up. The location is great and easy access.
Blanche and Yvonne in the office were very helpful and straight-forward. Knew all the answers to my many questions as I shopped for storage. The convenience of this location to my home, the ease of getting in and out - and Blanche - helped make the decision to choose them. My big disappointment was on moving day when we had four full carloads to unload and store, there were no carts to be found. Finally, with help from the staff, ONE was found, and we used it to finish. It was much harder work on moving day having to carry things rather than cart loads at a time. I think a place this large should have more carts on hand - and keep a better eye on them. It was a busy day there and they should have more than a total of THREE carts on the premises. That said, the location, condition, price, and staff are terrific. UPDATE. A year or more later it seems the rates go up approx 5-10% every few months. Frustrating. The location and not wanting to move everything keeps us there. I'm sure they count on this when they determine their increases. UPDATE AGAIN: a few days after my last update - stating my frustration with the frequent rate increases, I received a call from Rachel. She was tasked with trying to reverse my frustration (review) and told me she can put in a request for a rate decrease. She did accomplish this and lowered our rate a small percentage. A pleasant change of pace. Unfortunately they did this only after receiving a poor public review. Rachel was evidently able to get permission for this gesture with the intention of a better review, so I'm raising it to 3 stars from 2.

Another Update: January 2022. We were trying to switch the name and credit card on the account - in person - with ID. We were told the policy/procedure is to cancel the agreement (emptying the unit) and start a new agreement with a new unit and credit card.... no thank you. We then asked if we could simply add his name to the account and were told again, it's not policy. We were offered the 'we care #' to call and see if they can help. So, today I called the 'we care #' and waited almost 30 minutes for a customer service person. After confirming my account information, I was told he's already on the account - and we could go to our online portal to alter the payment method and authorized users and anything else there. WHAT?? This said, maybe we didn't ask the question correctly (in person) in a way to make our intentions clear?? Possibly we didn't understand the answer or options correctly?? Either way, it is frustrating to think someone who has been managing there for years couldn't try to help us figure it out and let us leave having accomplished nothing but a waste of time and energy. Side note: when the gate was broken for an extended period of time, we were told it's ok and we 'needn't worry because ours is an inside unit'. AND, I realize prices and rates EVERYwhere have increased. We've had slight other increases, but our most recent rate hike was a full 20%.
Shame on us for staying there - it's the price we pay for convenience - and for having too much 'stuff'
Today's feeling is a poor one star.
