I’ve had a large storage space here for a couple of years and finally got around to sorting and needed to downsize. Lorraine was beyond helpful and accommodating and made the process completely pain-free and easy. Without her help it would have been a huge pain. Definitely ask for her if you need help!

Update went to move out. The property is filthy trash everywhere saw dead mouse. Rent went up over 100 and no one will help or no one is in the office. Tried calling and leaving messages to talk to someone but never can. Had a great move in but leaving DO NOT RENT HERE.

Update who ever is running this property is horrible i didnt get her name but she was rude and refused to give me help or any information. Rent went up amber helped getting back down. Also gave me a new rope for my unit!
I was super stressed out and needed to find a storage unit. When I got there Lorraine was so helpful. She walked me through the process step by step so there wouldn't be any confusion. Thank you again Lorraine for the amazing customer service!
Three years I had a unit no problems even had a second one for a year across the street. Had no problems staff was friendly. But when I moved out one week after paying 400$ for one months rent, for a 10x 15x which is 175$ online! They refused to refund any of my money, and they tried to rent my unit to someone else the next day even though I paid for the whole month. Customer service said there was nothing I or they could do about it. So I went back to public storage and put my lock on the unit and now it's mine till the end of the month even though I don't want it or need it. The store employee was happy to help me, she thought it was B.S. as well. It's ILLEGAL! They call it double dipping and these people are pathetic for doing it. And they probably get away with it all the time. Find a privately owned storage unit and help them out. These corporations are pathetic! So let's stop giving these people money and give it to a family business!
After having a literal breakdown because I booked a storage space that was way too small for my belongings to fit in, Katie made sure to switch me to a better unit with a better price and made my day 100 times better, best service I’ve had in a long time.

Five stars for the local staff, 1 star for problems related to my reservation, billing issues that nobody could figure out, chat agents who couldn't answer any of my questions, and multiple company phone numbers that don't give you the option to speak to a live agent.
You're not allowed to look at any units in person before you reserve, so you don't know what you'll get. I did not get what I reserved and paid for, but the staff onsite was able to switch me to a different unit for the same price on my check-in day. So thankful I checked in a few weeks before the moving truck arrived.
Grounds are clean and well-secured, their insurance is cheap (homeowner's insurance won't always provide adequate coverage), and my unit was in good shape when I moved in. But be sure to look over every document and ask questions early. I gave up trying to get clarification on my first two months of charges.

Came in to check an unusual late night access that I had been called about. Katie was so extremely kind and helpful to clear up that it was a mistake and cleared up any confusion and worry. She was very patient and through in checking for me and even checked the other location I rent from. I greatly appreciate her effort to get this taken care of for me!

Tried to rent a unit and was told at the very last minute that due to the fact that I was put down as the emergency contact for a previous renter that has an outstanding balance, they are not able to rent a unit to me. So heads up to anybody out there, don't let anyone put you down on there account for any reason with this place.

I moved out on April 1st, and they charged me for the entire month of april. I told them ahead of time what day I would be moving out. I was not informed that they would charge me for the month. When I called customer service about this matter, they refused to prorate the bill. Do not use this place. The managers and office workers frequently leave for hours at a time and lock the bathroom so that you can't talk to anyone there or use the restroom.
I’m finally moving out! Yippee! There is really no where I can put my packed up boxes so this is where I landed. Hillary (sp?) and Stevie, aka Trish were really nice and just down to earth people. Their customer service was amazing! I got a good rate. The only real complaint I have is NO CARTS! I’m on the 3rd floor. Management really needs to get a cart for each floor, making 2-4 trips up every time I go there sucks.

After every six months the rent will rise $10 but if you're okay with it, the area is perfect and plenty of space for two lanes. Curtosey of other definitely helps the flow of moving around easier.

You don't want an inside storage unit here because they only have 1 cart available for all 3 floors, and you're lucky if the cart is even in the building! Today the cart was located in the office of all places. How is a customer moving in or out of their storage unit supposed to use it if it's in the office? 🤦🏼♀️ Smh... There should be a cart on each level of the building instead of making your customers look on every floor for one or being forced to carry heavy items to and from their vehicles. It's even more inconvenient when you have a disability like me and my fiancé do. There are no restrooms in the building either. Oh and it's lovely how they raise your monthly rate without being notified by phone. They also don't answer their phone or return voice messages. This is by far the worst Public Storage that I've ever rented from!
The people that work here are so lovely. Unfortunately it seems they are understaffed . Everytime any bussiness is needed to be done there is never anyone in the office. When 1800 number and managers are called the have no help in the matter or give out numbers to people who don’t answer the phone. I suggest if the managers and corporate do not have the staff available to staff these locations, they leave a notice on the door saying when they will be there daily as to not waste peoples time
Customer service lady not responsive. I was locked out of the elevator and unable to get to my storage location when I really needed to move out of my apartment space.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Terrible units. My door was painted shut and couldn't be opened without a crow bar. Canceled immediately and moved to a different public storage but no refund of admin fee. I did not even use it at all! Never again here. Customer service did nothing. Next time do not rent online. See the unit first.
Nothing but a bad experience with these people it won't take your information you can't get nobody over there there's never anybody there in the office but yet they're there from 9 to 6:00 would you tell me when they're are there they're a joke all the way then they call you on the phone and returned your call and when you call back the line is busy all day long come
By far the worst experience I’ve had with renting a storage unit. I highly recommend you save yourself the headache and go with a different company.
I rented a 10x10 storage unit with climate control online for $178.74. I did it online because no one was in their office to assist me at that time. Their online system randomly assigned a storage unit I did not want. Once I was able to locate an employee to inquire about getting a different unit of the same size, she said I’d have to pay an additional $52.21 for a 10x10 with no climate control. Why would I pay $52.21 more for a unit of the same size and no climate control? I requested to get a refund since I had just gotten the unit no more than 15 minutes before I had talked to the employee. She said she could not refund me my money and that I had to either take my current unit, which I did not want, or pay the additional $52.21. So I was forced to pay the additional money.
A few days later I show up to get into my storage unit and although I had my own lock on the door, they put a company lock on it as well. I was not able to access my stuff that day because they placed their own lock for no explain reason. I waited over 20 minutes to find a worker again because there is rarely someone attending the main office. I ran into Jordan and she managed to help me. Jordan was very helpful even in dealing with my irritation.
I emailed their customer service to file a complaint and demand a refund of my $52. I received no response at all.
I finally decided to get my stuff out of the storage unit. The day I turned it back in, the lady at the front desk said she would go check it out later in the day and then close out my account. She never did that! Thankfully, I spoke with Jordan three days later and she was able to close my account.
With the exception of Jordan, that company is very unorganized and has terrible customer service. Their upper management should be embarrassed and ashamed. Public Storage, you should consider promoting Jordan so she can turn that place around because apparently whoever is managing that place needs to reevaluate their management skills. What a poor way to treat a Veteran!
Anna was so helpful her customer service from start to finish was amazing. Will definitely recommend this location and Anna to any friends looking for storage options.

Real tight driving lanes and expensive
Michelle helped us close out our unit. She was friendly and informative. We have been with public storage for 3 years and love all the staff. They never hassled us and kept the lot looking nice. Would absolutely recommend this location and would use again if needed.
Avoid! Absolute worst. Regularly not in office during posted hours. Don’t follow their own posted policies. Blocked off all access to upstairs units for three straights days with no warning. Elevator broken. Secured access doors left open. Probably deserve a complete refund, but will be told “you can’t fight corporate America”!

They made a 27% price increase in January 2022. I get increases but this seems extreme to me.
And now in 2023 they are making another 35% increase in rental fees!
I left this review on the wrong Public Storage facility. They are only a half block from each other. This one is at 104th Ave. & Irma. (I use the one at 104th Ave.) The manager of this facility was very thoughtful and called me and they have responded to my complaint about the large increase in rent. The extension gives me time to decide what to do with my belongings. Thank you so much. I recommend this facility because the manager actually treats you with concern.

Too hard to get them on phone since too short staffed. Pc program to enter me not working right day i was there. 2 doors broken.

ORIGINAL I got this storage about 3 months ago and now I got a notice that the payment will go up. Im paying 135.00 for a 10x10. You have to buy their insurance or put your own. The new payment will be over 200.00. Time to move out.
