While the staff at this location has been nice, I had to leave because my vehicle was damaged by rodents and then vandalized. The vehicle was stored from mid Sept to July1. When I started it to leave, I had no brakes. A Mechanic found that an attempt to unscrew and remove brake lines resulted in what could have been a severe accident. There apparently is little policing of the vehicle storage.

I moved and decided to check out storage units again. I was so excited to see Lily at this location! She is the best and she answers all questions patiently and kindly. She is a huge asset to the company. I have sent several people to rent from public storage simply because of Lily’s customer service.

The current manager as of 5/15/23, who transferred to this public storage a month ago, is wonderful! Wish I could say the same for the rest of the Public Storage office manager at this location previous to her and other locations as well, in the past 10 years that been renting from this company. After luring you in with their specials and (I believe they get compensation per unit;) and decent fees per unit/month, it becomes a spiteful game of threats if your late out the gate, charging upsurd late fees and threats of fees for late out the gate, the phone calls reminding u you were late -9:01pm or after. I understand this is their protocol, but these ladies go out of their way to speak at you rudely⁶

Put a truck camper into storage almost a month ago. Was referred to this location from another because they had outside parking space. Was told all I needed was a bill of sale for it to be there. Then spent an entire day getting that bill notorized for their policy requirements. A week ago tried to store my truck with the camper in the spot and was told that policy requirements said everything in the spot had to be in my name, the truck is in my wife name. Also, then was told that the truck would have to have a separate spot if it stayed and it would have to have a notorized bill of permission from my wife to fit their policy. The discount offered for this possible solution was low. I'm frustrated by this entire bit. Overall, 3*. Storage space was used, yes. My initial price was ok,yes. The following issue from just trying to store stuff was unpleasant and an employee saying a rotation bit if 'its just the policy' was frustrating.

Raised there price almost double what I signed up for. As to the Management they were always cordial and have applied for a better price for me. They tried to help the best they could. Corporations are incredibly insensitive to the financial crunch we're in.

My husband and I are moving out of state and our travel plans got moved back so we had to rent a space on short notice to keep our things in the mean time. Kamlyn was so sweet, helpful and speedy! I store a travel trailer here. After taking it out for a month the tow truck driver backed into the wrong spot. When I received the phone call they said no problem they'll change my paperwork to show that # parking spot. Rent has gone up a little but still less than anyone I contacted.

So just a forewarning they don't lock you into a contracted rate for vehicle parking spaces so where you start out at $38 a month or whatever price I did two years ago for the two spots I have in there now I'm almost $50 is it cheaper than other places in town yes but at the same time but it's an uncovered car storage your vehicles are out in the elements it's just a parking space they want to keep playing games with people and raising rates in the middle of covid-19 cuz they raised the price twice since covid-19 has started so they're trying to price gouge people because they know more people want the spot somebody that's going to customer for 2 years now apparently is it probably going to pay some farmer $20 a month ago Park his cars out there or I can go get in to another place that's like $75 ended inside or at least they have covering so what I rather pay you an extra twenty-five bucks and get my car actually covered from the hail or have it out in the open not that anybody cares just a forewarning before you try to use this place the people are very nice the place is okay maintained I've been very happy but again I'm paying for a parking spot for $100 a month for two vehicles why do you got to keep hiking up the price on people you getting a $83 a month wasn't enough I'm getting punished for sitting in the spot longer is that what it is

From what I personally can relay, as an observer vs.Tenant with this storage facility. Is the Hospitable and attentive New owners,which have really cleaned up the place.there are Some minor maintanence errors like mini pot holes in the gravel and i personally feel the storage areas could be more maintained cleaning wise. Other than that though this storage facility is quite secure and accomidating to its users.

I have been with this facility since Aug 2002, and I have never had a negative experience. The current managers, Brenda and Yazmine, do an absolutely amazing job of ensuring client satisfaction. Most recently, when I needed to downsize my locker size, both Brenda and Yazmine displayed remarkable creativity and flexibility in devising a new arrangement that I can live with. I have also known the District Manager, Ms. Tiffany Merrill, for more than 10 years, and this store is yet another example of Tiffany's competence as a supervisor.

The gate malfunctioned and damaged my car and the insurance company dragged their feet for over a month just to tell me that since the gate had never malfunctioned before that the company wasn't negligent and that is was just an unfortunate accident and I would be responsible for fixing my own vehicle. Guess I'll have to take them to court.

Would give 0 stars but decided to give 2 stars because of the customer service. Pamela the facility manager was nice but business advertising for first month $1 is misleading. Made reservation online to get first month for $1, but I'm smart enough to know I would have to pay something but not as much as I would have to originally pay for a 5x10 per month. By the end of me getting into my unit. I was charged a one time admin fee ($24), their own special lock/keys keep my unit from being exposed by a quarter sized opening (19.99) and being forced to insure my goods with the company option although I already have my own renters insurance ($11) my grand total ended up being $57! Just $2 shy of what is quoted for a 5x10 for this location. I understand businesses have to get you in the door but please don't advertise $1 for first month. They definitely are going to recoup the funds by selling you special locks and insurance you may not need!

I have been here for about a year. My stuff is safe, dry, and I love the staff! They are friendly, helpful, and available. Facility is clean and easy to get to! Love it!

Well I got the storage on September 12th and I kept forgetting to write my review but, in no way does that change how I feel about the service I receive. The front desk lady was abolustly 100% amazing. She explained everything but didnt say to much. Answered all my questions in full detail. Made me feel comfortable and that all my things would be safe. The best part, for a person in my situation, the abosulte best prices (even long term after any move in specials) for the best value. The best service I've had in awhile thanks to the wonderful front desk lady. I highly recommend.
