The customer service at this facility is outstanding! Brenda, Daisy, and Raphael always go above and beyond to assist us with our storage needs and questions. Greetings us with warm smiles every time we come in to load up our unit. The property is always clean, and carts are available and easy to get to. We also love that this location has car storage as this is something that is not easy to come by. Brenda, the property manager, is FANTASTIC!

I never thought public storage would be so great. Got a fantastic indoor unit at a great price and the young lady at the front desk was very nice and extremely helpful. Love the app to open the gate too. Update: If they offer you a bigger unit for the price of a smaller one you reserved online, don’t take it!! 3months later they informed me via email that they were going to raise my rent by $60+. I only knew after that it was going to keep going up until they got to the original price of the bigger unit. Glad I had very little in there. Bought my own shed and now saving $190 a month and they get nothing from me. Still liked the gate thing though

So far so good! I just rented a 5x5 space at a pretty good rate. It was on special, first floor and not far from the entrance. The associates were very friendly and informative when showing us around plus the initial call to come in was welcoming too. Thank you PS - Via Princessa

I am so glad I made the decision to book with Public Storage. Yesterday around lunch time, I found out that I had to move my studio apartment today. I was panicked. I started calling around. I called public storage because the previous place I had called was all full. I spoke with Debbie. She was SO helpful; she offered me advice and she made the reservation process easy and quick. She was kind, informative, and attentive. 10/5 stars for Debbie! THEN, about 15 minutes later, someone from the location called me about the unit I had reserved. I am so sorry I don’t remember her name :( she was also just as kind and informative as a Debbie and should receive 10/5 stars as well; she called me to let me know that it is a first-come-first serve reservation system. I totally understood. She wanted me to know that it was the last one and that someone had come that morning to look at it. I needed to sign the lease online as soon as possible if I wanted to keep it because there is a chance that if I waited til I got there to look at it the next day, it may have already been taken. I was SO thankful that she called to tell me this! I told her I would do it right away. Well, something came up with my dog and I couldn’t do it right away. When I finally got to my computer, I saw that she had resent the link to sign the lease. She sent it a few hours later, which was so considerate and unnecessary. I was so grateful in that moment I actually teared up a little bit. These last two days have been very stressful because of all of this. When I got to the storage facility today, everything was easy. Too easy! I couldn’t believe it. There was a cart so that I could easily transport my stuff from the parking lot, through the halls, and into my unit. When I opened the unit, the lock w/ key and information/insurance papers were very neatly set up on the floor in the corner. The presentation was classy! My dad tried to skateboard on the cart, which was not classy. But..he was successful. I was impressed with the old man. THANK YOU, Debbie from phone reservations and the girl who was making calls on 6/20 around 2:30 pm at the Via Princessa location (i am so terribly sorry i forgot your name). And thank you to whomever set up the unit. I will definitely recommend Public Storage on Via Princessa, but you’ll need more units because mine was your last one! ;) take care!

From day one I've gotten nothing but attitude from staff. My grandmother drove sone of my things up for me to put in my new unit and when she was trying to exit she was having difficulty with the code abd getting rhe gate open. She was at the gate At 8:57At 9:01 she finally was able to get the gate open and go out I am now on probation mean I can't go to my unit during normal hours only office hoursI will not be renting again I will be going somewhere else

John helped me initially on the phone and Brenda is observant.100% in helping me get signed up. She explained everything clearly. The place is very clean and organized. Pricing is competitive. Sometimes have deals to get you in.

I dropped in and spoke to Maria at the Newhall facility and she had no spaces available but located one at Via Princessa and called Rafael to expect me after giving me excellent directions. Rafael was another consumate professional who made my reservation and check in experience very easy. These people were exceptional and a credit to the Public Storage brand.

If I could give 20 negative stars! I would. I had in which I'm about to take the rest of my belongings July 29th 2019 rented from this place 4 years! I'm so upset right now. Back in December 2018 I went to go get my Xmas tree out of storage. To find out my key didn't work my PUBLIC STORAGE LOCK ON VIA PRINCESSA IN CANYON COUNTRY. I was totally upset David ar the front desk gives you this spill :Well you have to get your own lock smith or wait for our manger from her vacation. Well have little to say we didn't have a tree last year. Long story short, someone changed the lock! put a public storage lock back on there so I couldn't get in. I work long houts at work so they are closed when I get off. 8 months later after still paying $200 plus dollars a month I got fed up took off work called a locksmith. Once he opened the lock ALL MY VALUABLES THAT WAS WORTH A LOT OF MONEY WAS GONE!!! THIS PLACE KNEW ALL ALONG THAT THEY HAD THESE BREAK INS AND THEY PLAY STUPIED! THIS IS NOT THE END!:OH WELL USE YOUR RENTER'S INSURANCE: NO CAMERAS! LET ME BE THE EXAMPLE FOR YOU! GET OUT ASAP! IF YOU WANT YOUR VALUABLES!

I used this storage facility for two and a half months in the process of moving to the SCV. It is an easy location to get in and out of and it is located near Highway 14. Also, the staff at this facility are great. I dealt primarily with Amanda, who is very knowledgeable and accommodating, and she made the entire process simple. I also was helped out on occasion by Austin, who had a good sense of humor. I highly recommend this Public Storage location, and if I ever need their services in the future, I will definitely be using them again.

Austin was our “guide” and I must say the experience was something I will never forget think Jungle Cruise ride at Disneyland meets a murder mystery dinner. This is my first experience with Public Storage and I gotta say its been great so far. Maria was fantastic and showed me around the property, answered all of my questions and was incredibly nice. Felt like my stuff was not only gonna be stored and protected but was gonna be stored and protected by people who actually care. Something you don't see very often at storage places.

I utilized a storage space at Public Storage for four years. The facility was always clean and secured. Whenever I called or come into the front office, I was greeted by a friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Customer service provider Amanda and her associates were very helpful. Where do I begin on how amazing my experience here with Amanda was!?! I don’t often make time to leave reviews, but this one I had to share due to just how special it was. Usually when you’re moving it’s due to an unexpected cause, and mines was just that. I recently loss my grandmother to a wrongful death and needed to put some of her belongings in storage. So I walk into this Public Storage and am greeted by Amanda. She was knowledgeable, helpful, caring and down to earth. Her personality really uplifted my low spirits. She recognized I was struggling emotionally when I was trying to finish my transaction and she asked me what was wrong and I told her that I just lost my grandmother.... the loving advice she gave me while helping get my new storage unit to hold my grandmothers belongings in is why I’m writing this review. She didn’t have to go the extra mile but did. She made the move that much better for me! Even after I left the property I was still in high spirits. That type of kindness is priceless you know. In this day and time not many people in the world let alone in customer service show that kind of genuine concern to another person who they don’t know well. She made me feel like I was talking to a family member or my best friend. She may not know, but she really struck my heart. Everyone is customer service should be more like her. Big move ahead of us and everyone at Public Storage, Canyon Country has been really helpful. Maria has gone out of her way to make sure we have everything we need. They must do daily checks around the units because she noticed that I didn't lock our space properly and called me right away. She also helped me load all the boxes into the car when it was pouring rain! We really appreciate all there help during this crazy time in our life.

Great customer service. I called to get some information (I have never rented or had a storage unit so I have NO IDEA how it works, price, time, etc) and the woman who answered name was I believe Amanda and for once, someone was nice over the phone with all my questions. I cant tell you how many times I have called a business to ask questions before arriving and have received attitude or horrible customer service over the phone. I wanted an air controlled storage unit so called Public Storage and was referred to this Santa Clarita location. It is so nice and clean and all cement and metal storage units so not wood which can be dark and not feel quite as clean. And the cooler temp is wonderful. I was showed two units by Maria and she was very courteous and knew the benefits of each. She made moving my things easier. Very happy with the service and location. Right near Costco too so very handy!

Deena was super helpful and super sweet. She answered all of our questions and just had a super friendly personality. Would recommend Public Storage. Great with customer service.

This is a great storage facility. It is very clean inside and out. They have a great selection of indoor and outdoor units to choose from. The only con of having a storage unit at Public Storage is that prices go up over time.

I am moving soon and got to the point where I need a place to stage much of the items in my closets and cupboards. I got the idea to rent a storage unit for one month during the transition. I could not be happier with the service I received from this location. The clerk, Alma, was knowledgeable about the available units and was very friendly. I was in and out within 30 minutes, including the time it took to look at the available units. Even though I am not keeping this for more than one month, I would recommend to everyone to use this location. It is clean and well maintained. They have good office hours and have plenty of carts and dollies available free for use.

Loved this location. Everyone was always super kind, friendly and helpful, including Linda and another gal there, though I never got her name. All things being equal with a lot of these storage places, that makes all the difference in the world. Moving out was super easy. We had easy access and plenty of room to maneuver and a great place to park our moving truck. It's also just a very nice and clean location.

This facility far exceeded my expectations . I reserved our space site unseen. Before arriving to sign all the paperwork, I spoke with Jay on the phone. He was very kind & patient since I couldn't give him an exact time we would be there for our appt. Our U-Haul truck was given away 3 times. Stressful, is an understatement on how that situation went BUT it sure was refreshing to finally arrive at this Public Storage (after a ridiculous day of chaos with U-Haul) to a friendly & professional staff. Jose took care of my paperwork & walked me to my new unit, what a nice experience. The unit itself is very clean, with metal walls. Which is much better than drywall & wood at other places. I asked if they routinely spray for bugs, which THEY DO !! That's a good thing !! On another visit to this Public Storage I needed help with a matter (completely my fault) & the manager handled it for me beautifully. Thank you all for making my experience so pleasant & easy ! Keep up the good work !

The property is clean the spaces are good and safe and the employees are nice and cordial. The downside is that they raise the rent for contract renters about every 6 months. 5 years ago, we were paying a hundred dollars less than we pay today for a 15' by 8' space. The same size space is currently being advertised for 180.00 if you sign up online and 200.00 if you go into the front office to do it. We have been raised from around 180.00 to 271.00 not including the 8.00 insurance fee. The few times we questioned the raise they never have a legitimate reason.

The facility is clean , organized and you never get the feeling that they just want you to buy their products or rental of units . I have had a storage unit at this location for over a year. I no longer needed it and closed it yesterday. The service I received from Jay, Steven and Lenee was excellent.
