Renting was easy to do online; the place had the most competitive price in the area; place is secure and clean. I had a 10x10 unit. on the 2nd floor in Bldg D.. it was clean and secure; freight elevator has good capacity--but only 2 push carts--they need more carts to service the needs of the 200 units rented in the building. I had multiple interactions with Andrew--both on the phone and in person. He's a professional that communicates well and gave me the answers I needed and when it came time to close me out, I simply stopped by on the way out and I was done in minutes. Great person and employee. I recommend the place--clean and secure storage at a reasonable price. Thank You PS San Gabriel
Besides the rent doubling within one year, the facility itself is terrible. I had a second floor unit and the elevator was constantly broken ( more then two months total in one year - that I know about). The lack of elevator caused a ton of carryingitems up and down stairs. The onsite person was nice, but could not do a thing.
Also, many of my neighbors had items stolen. I managed to move out before that happened.
Andrew is phenomenal ! He's dedicated and super friendly to work with.

Great storage unit facility near our home. Unit was as described, and even had our lock ready to go on the unit door! We greatly appreciated the dollies & elevator available to us to move our items in.
I specifically want to thank Andre, who was super kind and patiently answered all of our questions. He was understanding when we needed a little help with the app/gate access code, and he even drove down to our building to show us where the load in area was and our unit hallway. He really went above and beyond and made our move-in very easy. Thank you, Andrew!!
When I first moved in to this public storage from another storage company they gave me a unit that I didn't want because it looked like the lock latch was tampered with. I took another unit and a few weeks later the lock on my unit was tampered with. I asked them to have it fixed. It took so long that I came in and fixed the latch myself but was still not happy with the flimsy locking system. Yesterday early morning the facility was broken into my unit was broken open and the thieves got away with thousands of dollars of DJ equipment. 😭 They took everything of value. I would not waste one dollar paying for storage here. Service sucks security is not a priority, and they raise the rates all the time.

Andrew has great service
Great location I’ve been storing my stuff here for several years and they’ve always helped me with any issues. Easy access and good hours. In my most recent visit, I was cleaning out my storage and Andrew stopped in several times to check if I needed anything at Very attentive and friendly.
The manager, Andrew, was great! He's a super cool and nice guy, and helped me throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this Public Storage!
Rented storage unit for about 18 months, no issues/complaints about the facility (clean/tidy). Staffs are cordial; friendly, most notably Andrew. He helped us check out of our facility with ease. Will definitely use again for my next workcation.

I found it very convenient to use the storage at Public Storage. But in the last 2 weeks, the elevator of the building that my storage space located was out of order. It has impacted my need to store and retrieve my tons of boxes. I have complained several times but I can't believe why nobody come to fix it ASAP. I am not the only one affected.

He is a very nice person and very helpful
Access to units is limited until 6pm most days which is understandable, but can be challenge if you work a 9-5. I will say, they are so responsive and have great customer service at this location. The few times I've had to leave a voicemail, I got a response the next day at the latest, most recently, within 20 minutes maybe (I was do surprised, lol). Andrew is so nice and when it was time for me to vacate the property, he explained everything very well. I was going through a stressful move, so every positive interaction I had through it was meaningful to me. Have to give him props for his helpfulness and what seems to be a genuine positivity.

Staff lies about we didn’t take off the lock so we have to make another payment, but we did remove the lock days ago. We have to go later the day to prove that we did remove the lock. The staff name is Bianca, she claimed “just did a lock check, and I’m sure it’s locked”.
Called in with some questions , Bianca was able to answer them until I was able to make it . It’s so nice to have someone so willing to be so helpful

I like it very clean , then again the only real issue I observed was when you enter the area the front gate is a very sharp turn to make and I had a long trailer , otherwise it's a clean well maintained place I would store my items there , overall I gave the place a four stars and I found out they have very decent prices.
