I store my car at this location and never worry about it being safe

I will give a negative 5 review if I can So I rented a unit for about a year and never missed a payment and had no issues When I was relocating, I cleared everything out which both office assistant helped with the process and when I was done I checked in with them to make sure I'm good to go They both said I was as long as everything is been cleared and I will not need a receipt or sign anything binding me to the contract even though I insisted on a receipt for my clearance which they refused Unknown to me they did not clear me out of their system and have been billing me and continue to bill me for over 2 months pretending they are unaware of my relocation and me vacating the place. Now they have a lein on me and trying to put me through collections 1)CAN U SO CALLED FORTUNE 500 BILLION DOLLAR OPERATION STOP BOMBARDING ME WITH PHONE CALLS, EMAILS AND VOICE MESSAGES KNOWING I DO NOT OWE U A DOLLAR AND A DIME? YOU CANNOT BLAME ME FOR THE MISTAKE AND NEGLIGENCE OF UR WORKERS BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO CHECK ME OUT OF THE SYSTEM AND DO U THINK U CAN COERCE ME INTO PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT OWE? AN EMPTY STORAGE? Stop masquerading under the guise of a fortune 500 co operation while stealing from regular people who don't owe you a dime AND OH.... SHOULD I TALK ABOUT HOW MANY TIMES THE RENT WENT UP IN LESS THAN A YEAR OF RENTING REGARDLESS OF THE LEASE TERMS? I guess that will be a discussion later PLAIN AND SIMPLE I DO NOT OWE YOU SO STOP HARASSING ME THANK YOU

I’ve been looking at several storage facilities, and when I was greeted with the kindness, I was shown today, and the EXCEPTIONAL customer service… THAT SOLD ME! Michelle is a perfect example of “true dedication” to her customers and her job. Above and beyond! She answered all of my questions (and I had quite a few) and was very informative. and professional. I Highly recommend Public Storage and property manager, Michele.

I first rented out a 8x10 unit that was offered to me over the phone for a daily special through customer service, not the actual front office. When we arrived we weren't satisfied with the unit given. Heather(Manager) helped us switch to a bigger and nicer unit hassle free the same day. Very satisfied customers.

My experience with this Public Storage unit location was extremely positive from start to finish. We only needed the unit for a few months while my daughter moved back to the Bay Area. I did everything online, received timely and frequent communications and easy to follow instructions that were especially helpful when showing up at our unit for the first time in the early morning with movers. I showed up at the office on the last day of the month to terminate the contract without a key for the lock. Rather than make me pay an extra month, they offered to cut the lock so they could access the unit and end my contract. Excellent customer service, I would say.

This place is always neat and clean. Wide range of gate hours. Heather had always been exceptionally helpful.

Secure, clean facilities and Heather in the office made my move experience super smooth. Happy with my experience here.

The place is so dusty dirty. Everytime I go there to help a friend my car get covered in a gritty dust all over. They should maybe think about investing in a pressure washer.

Best experience with management of this storage facility. Heather Witting is awesome to make sure customer like me are taken care for with advice how to utilize my storage unit. I have been a tenant of this facility for many years. I currently rent multiple units. On site manager Heather has always been extremely helpful in addressing my storage needs and always goes above and beyond what is required of her when she makes recommendations to me about how I can maximize my rental experience within this facility. Heather is a true asset to Public Storage and she sets the standard for what an on site manager should be. It is truly a pleasure dealing with Heather regarding my storage needs and I express my sincerest thanks to her for all the help that she has given me.

Heather is so great and runs a tight ship. the container units need to be ventilated better to avoid mold.

The live-in managers are as rude as can be. I pay a ton of dough for a small unit and every time I go there, the managers' Range Rover is sitting in front of my unit. Yes, the manager always comes out to ask if I need it moved, and I usually say no. I should not have to deal with this every time I need to access my unit. Yesterday I needed to put heavy items in my unit and both managers needed to move their cars. The male got all huffy and burned the tires while relocating the Range Rover. Once again, I should not have to deal with this to access the unit that I pay $300+ a month for. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The cost is way out of control, as stated below and this is for a 10x10. We’re confirming that a payment in the amount of $225.00 was made on 08/02/2021 and now, We’re confirming that a payment in the amount of $329.00 was made on 04/02/2023

My good friend suggested a storage company I should look into ; when we relocate to our new place . He suggested that I seek the assistance of a guy name Robert Macias .He said Robert was able to answer all of his questions concerning all the services his company had to offer . Looking forward to working with Robert . I know Robert has to be good at what he does . Because my friend is picky as all get out !

The Manager Robert is super friendly and helpful, I did not end up renting a space with him that day but I was definitely impressed with his professionalism and ability to answer all my most pertinent questions effectively and throughly. Thanks again, Robert!

Heather has been absolutely amazing since we moved into our 1st unit almost 3 years ago. Since then she’s helped us transition into bigger units and recently into 2 more as our business is expanding. There are other self storage units nearby with competitive pricing but I honestly stay because of the service provided here by her and Chris. Thanks for representing Public Storage service on another level superior to others.

Started renting a unit here about 3 months ago and have not had any problems what-so-ever. I remted a single shipping container due to an unexpected move, for $180 gice or take $10.00 i was able to get a unit sufficient enough to store 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room, one bedroom didnt have a bed so maybe im cheating but either way, if you know how to store things or pack stuff appropriately the unit is big enough to fit a considerable amount of belongings. The only issue i had, and it was do to the sporadic moving situation, i had too many people coming and going to my unit helping to load it, and apparently some of us stayed longer than what is allotted. Thats fine and all, they did suspend access to our unit but the issue was resolved, my advice for you all is the following: 1. Let these guys know your situation. so you dont look bad and they can either accommodate or inform you otherwise. 2. Read the contract and rules carefully and completely. 3. Do what you need do and GTFO. 4. Dont bring anyone you dont have to. All in all these guys were accommodating and we worked out the issue but it would have been nice to avoid it all together, remeber your renting a storage unit not an apartment or house you can do whatever at!

Run around forsure. Bad management with no follow through and care for customer relations and service. Managers seem to be away with doors locked and no one at the counter. As well as district managers being on vacations. Stand in district manager didn't even try and work through with my concern and give me a return call. // Be ware of trusting the business and managers at this site modeand

Run for your life. The business model here is borderline criminal. It's a bait and switch scam. As soon as you do the work it takes to move in, the rates will increase. Not slightly- the rates will double in 18 months. Customer service at the counter is good- but customer service via the corporate office is a nightmare. How bad is this? Well, read some of the horror stories about Public Storage online. Public Storage has a history of increasing rates for people on fixed incomes, then simply seizing the contents of the storage locker when people fell behind. They were happy to do this... during the Pandemic. Wow.
