PULLING MY THINGS OUT IMMEDIATELY. This location decided a sudden rate increase from $219 to $310 was appropriate - this is the kind of unethical capitalism that everyone in this country is sick of - I will not support you ever again, I hope to see others do the same.

I needed to use a storage facility recently. After shopping around numerous locations I decided to go with public storage in Laguna Hills on El Pacifico. Kyle the location manager was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful assisting me with my short term rental. Rates are competitive, mostly drive up units. Clean, secure and safe. Highly recommend this facility.

I never rented a storage unit before, but when I needed one for about 3 months this location was available. I have to say that the reservation, booking and payment process online was very simple and it made everything very easy. Pricing was way better for the space than anywhere else in south county. The staff was very kind and the location was very secure. I'd recommend this Public Storage to anyone needing their services.

This place has raised the unit's rent almost $50. The manager couldn't do anything when my husband called. I was told we would have to move our stuff out to a different unit to get the cheaper price. We can't do that since we aren't in the state right now (that's why we have a storage unit). When my husband talked to the corporate office they wouldn't even discuss this with him and they said that they have the right to up the rent every three months. So watch out! If you plan to rent from this place long term it's not going to be pretty for your wallet. We are very disappointed with them!
