Nicole is one of the best mgrs. you have , I wish you had a hundred more of her. I had spaces at other locations at one point and moved all of my stuff in to her location even though it is one of the worst setups ever but to be fair I know it was not built as a PS unit so PS cant change that without a total tear down and no one would do that.so Nicole makes the best out a silly problem.. The place is kept clean and when something is not working she is on it ASAP as I said you guys need one like her at all locations.I would tell anyone to go to her location. Update the fool's in the corporate office let Nicole get away she transferred to Florida. Lucky Florida. Good luck Nicole. Miss you

I just purchased a storage today for the first time and I had a amazing experience I was welcomed in from the moment I walked in in a well professional manner the gentleman Justin was who took care of my service and literally was step by step taking me through helping understand the process and time frames and prices also and beside him Marvin also very warm welcoming both super respectful I will be telling all of my family and friends thanks to you very well trained employees thanks again for the great experience you need more workers like this at the Hathaway Hayward location very well done!!

I came here for a storage unit and turns out the one I had was way too small and in an inconvenient location, Chris, the DM helped me by showing me diff units, pricing, took the time to listen to my needs for a unit. He spent a good amount of time to make sure I got the what I needed. I really appreciate Chris going above and beyond with excellent customer service and patience. Thank you Chris! I’ll definitely be referring this place to others and mentioning Chris.

I’m usually pretty disappointed when I come to public storage places because there’s hardly anybody ever there at the front desk but today when I needed it most I came to the desk and Nicole and Marvin were readily available to assist me in finding the right size box. I had a lot of hard times , looking for a box that could fit an awkward sized painting but I feel grateful that I found a box that perfectly fit through the help of Nicole and Marvin at Public storage located in Hayward.

This storage facility is not at all secure. The fence facing A street is currently unlocked with a broken lock and the is another hole in the fence on the the back area that the management has not patched up since they opened up. People come and go with stolen property with hight frequency. Take your business and property elsewhere to ensure better security for your property!

I was moving storage units from one in San Francisco and Cecelia and Nicole at the Hayward location on Hathaway helped me through the process. They were friendly and courteous, showing me all my options, and the facilities were clean and safe. I hope to be a tenant at this location for a long time.
