OMG. Stephanie was absolutely amazing and a huge help. If she hadn't helped me I still wouldn't have secured the units I need. Not only did she work through computer glitches, she worked hard to help me find the units needed; she also kept me in mind and called me back to work out other details. She went way above and beyond and I am so grateful for her help. She is definitely an asset to your organization. I have worked with reps from other PS facilities in Silicon Valley who decide that the best solution to any problem is to just hang up and take the next call... Stephanie is the best company rep -- she boasts a positive demeanor, can-do attitude and just makes magic happen. If I still had my company, I would steal her away to work for me. :)
The best experience I’ve had, hands-down, with any storage facility in the Bay Area, and I’ve used many several over the last 25 yrs. Mainly because Stephanie is the real deal. I always would see her around, sweeping or checking on the premises, I’ve never seen anyone so hands-on and dedicated at a storage place. Always there, always available. Once I had a door jam and she came with a crowbar within five minutes. She just really cares about doing a good job for her customers. And just a good person, too.
Steph has always been extremely responsive to any questions and made move in and access easy.

It was hassle-free! And was done so quickly. Great storage facility! It was easy to set up an account with the help from Stephanie and her team. Got a walk through of the various size units and picked one that suited my needs best. Also they had a good deal and were affordable. Neat and tidy units. Easy access with a code or even via the app. Arranging to move in / move out was also super easy and hassle free!
This storage facility felt like an oasis. I mean that! It is very clean; super well kept; in a nice and safe neighborhood. I feel totally comfortable going there alone. And best of all, the Manager, Stephanie, took such good care of me, made renting easy and pleasant. Her kindness truly made my day.

Belated expansion of the above review. So, the space is very clean and well maintained, and the temperature controlled areas remain nicely even temperature, as one might hope.
The staff has been very friendly and helpful any time I have needed assistance, and in general the venue is easy to reach and work in. My only reason for not giving a 5/5 is honestly because 24/7 access would make my life easier, and some of the passcode access bits are a little frustrating when you have many trips to make.
Still, those are tiny nitpicks on an overall excellent experience. Many thanks to the folks keeping everything in such fine condition.

This storage is one of the best their is a reason public storage is #1 for so long. The site manager is firm on lease policies but fair. You can tell she knows what she is doing. Her sight is beautiful and she maintains the property very well. I appreciate her character and her mindset she is amazing I’m lucky that I rent here, I’m safe and so are my things. Unfortunately, it is rare for any business to fully deliver these days, but this Public Storage location does just that. The climate control and cleanliness of the interior facility is what you hope for. I always feel safe at the location. The manager was helpful on multiple occasions. There were always a sufficient number of carts available, and she warned us so that we knew to move out to avoid the crush of people who move out on the last day of the month. The storage unit location is close to the freeway and also easily accessed from El Camino Real. Thanks Stephanie for all of your help.

Stephanie was more than helpful and accommodating during the flood incident that occurred in our unit at the beginning of the year. We wouldn’t have been able to navigate that tough experience without her. It’s unfortunate that corporate has to raise rates after such a devastating incident where people lost so much, but Stephanie did everything she could to help us and very clearly shows how much she cares about her customers.

I’ve had over the past 2 years at another nearby location the Worst experiences….
But this place is head & shoulders above all others.
The level of professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail —-
The grounds are always spotless. They are always making walking checks/rounds of the property. I’ve not had a mail or screw in my tires : at another place earlier this year, I had 3 screws/nails in my tires….
Belmont always returns calls in a timely manner-
they are effective communicators to be able to decipher & find resolution to issues that may arise:
there are NO foul odors/smells/scents on the property. It’s always Tidy….
NO: -
stray loiterers, excess trash, overgrown weeds, giant trucks or piles of excess “stuff/junk/remains” as an eyesore-

Stephanie was excellent in helping me get the right size for my needs.
This is the second time I've used this facility and I was happy that the quality of service and my experience continued to be a positive one. Stephanie, the property manager, is really on top of things. She explained the options clearly when I was picking out a space and when it was time to check out made sure things were quickly wrapped up. The facility itself is well maintained, climate controlled, and clean.
2 small areas where I'd say could be better:
1. One slight change which made it a tad difficult was the flatbed dollies were stored in the office rather than by the elevators. I'm guessing this was to prevent it from being taken. When I used the facility years ago they were always by the elevators. This adds a minor inconvenience if you happen to go when the staff is on break.
2. Sometimes one of the elevators it out. While I was rarely on the property at the same time as others, it was one of those things that seemed to be a little wonky.
I'd totally recommend this property.

Steph the Property Manager was amazing and provided the best customer service. I needed a unit fast and she was able to provide one with more than enough space and in the ground floor. Check in and check out was made easy.

Great location here the staff has been very helpful and friendly!!! Huge facility and if they don’t have exactly what you need- they will find you a unit at a near public storage rather then sending you on a wild goose chase.

I was there for 2 years and I never ever had any problems, and the storage units are super clean and new. I would definitely rent here if you’re in need of storage.

I have been a tenant for 2 years and have found the steph at this location to be very friendly and helpful. I find the app very easy to use and makes access to my unit no hassle.
This storage place is conveniently located not too far from the City. The site is very clean (important to me!). You will LOVE Stephanie who works in the office and is incredibly helpful to work with. She never seem to tire answering my questions and was very professional.
The place is nice, i like it, but me and my wife feel harassed by Steph, all the time she is checking us around and start making us question about the time that we be in the storage. Also, when we go out from the storage, she always try to see if we leave with out wait until the gate get clos, and many time she told us that if she is around the gate we can leave with out wait to the gate get clos. Today she was around and i hope the person who is in charge can check it the cameras, she was around the gate and i was leaving with out wait for the gate, then she was trying to say something to me, so I stop the car. She told me that i did not wait for the gate to get clos, then i told her what she told me before when one time she was around the gate area. she told me that if she is around i don't need to worry about the gate to get clos. Then she told me that i have to let her know, which I don't have any problem to do it but I know that she doing it on purpose. The point is that we feel harassed by her and she also is racist because she only do it to us, because we see people who take longer than us to fix their place and she doesn't say anything to them. Please someone need to talk to her and explain her that we are paying for the storage and don't need to be like that since we are not doing anything wrong.

I love Belmont Public Storage! I know it’s a big statement to say…. being I am a stager I use the storage facility daily. It’s my business. Stephanie is awesome there! She keeps the place so clean. No matter what hour I stop by I always know there are security watching and it feels so safe! Also Stephanie is the best with my clients. I always know they are in good hands and taken good care of. I highly recommend Belmont Public Storage. Also the price is very competitive to the others in the area. The first month a penny is great too.

Staff is amazing . They have helped me navigated through chaos . Love it, gotta use it if you need it
80% price increase after just 3 years. Gate entry is a pain. Elevators require passcodes with each use and one of the two is often not in service. Only 2-3 complimentary carts that are often being used by other renters and not immediately available. And one bathroom that is “mistakenly” locked half the time. Awful experience from day 1. Public Storage is a greedy money vacuum taking advantage of its customers during a very difficult time. Corruption at its finest.
The staff here is super helpful and courteous. After I upgraded my boat they were super accommodating and transitioned my spot away from the pollution of the freeway and into an area where eyes are on it. If they see anything out of the ordinary they will give me a call to confirm things are okay. This location is worth it as Stephanie and team deliver on the value.

The Staff here at the Belmont Public Storage, has always been very helpful, attentive, and patient .
Stephanie was able to get my monthly payment lowered because of how long I have been with Public Storage, and, this was for my unit in Hayward!
They are really good at accepting payment for all other Public Storage facilities, and Alicia recently helped me with my change of address.

Really bad experience. Staff didn’t allow us to place a U-haul container for 4 hours to transfer all the furniture from the rental storage to the container and pick it up at the same day. My husband needed to do a double-job (Public Storage —> U-haul truck, U-haul truck —> U-box container). Also, the staff was really rude and hung up on me. Wouldn’t recommend that company.
