Eric has been very helpful and supportive, he was able to get me the right space and honor the previous price. The call center messed up my reservation and gave me the wrong storage space for my enclosed trailer. I specifically told them the size and type of trailer I had. And they confirmed everything, when I arrived everything was simple until finding the space I was assigned. It was a 5x10 locker room that would not fit my trailer or an any trailer in fact. Thanks again to Eric for being polite, friendly and knowledgeable!

I drive 1:30 round trip to pick up my storage unit which I won on storage treasures. This is after getting a call stating that it was ready to be picked up. I already made payment online for the fee. I get to the facility and the gentleman in the front office says “sorry it’s no longer available”. The tenant which hadn’t paid for months which is why the unit was up for auction was in the office paying. This is bad business. I have been purchasing units for 10 years now. I have encountered this situation, in those times prior I was awarded the unit as I won it. Will never purchase from here again. I have not received a refund for my fees.

Renter Beware, Something fishy is going on. I'm changing my review to 2 , they keep raising their rates like crazy. It'll be a "0" soon, we're going to change to another facility. In under 18 months storage rent has gone up near $120 More a month. In less than 2 years!!! And they plan on raising it again soon. (Read the fine print at the very bottom of your bill this month, sit down first, it'll be easier to take the shock) Unbelievable scalping tactics going on here. they are taking advantage of everyone. And my unit is pretty small. When I leave (I'm stuck til the end of the month) I'm reporting their scalping practices to the better business bureau and the town council and possibly the town attorney. I've seen this happen before when they raise the rates so high you can't pay and they have an auction, make bank, and you lose everything. This looks just like that. Renter Beware!!

Grace was very helpful. In fact, I was trying to rent from a different location, and Grace picked up my call since they weren't answering. She even offered to help me in person at her office, even with that other location. I ended up requesting to rent from her location!

Grace was so helpful and such a sweet person! The unit was clean and she even sprayed the door runners so they wouldn’t squeak so loudly. I am 82 years old and I’ve absolutely never had service like that in my entire life!! She even volunteered to help if I needed it lifting extra heavy boxes. Thankfully, I didn’t need it but what a kind offer! I will definitely recommend PUBLIC STORAGE to all my friends and neighbors mainly because of her.

Grace was literally heaven sent. I have no words to describe how happy I am that I found her and she was able to assist me. I was struggling to find a storage to assist me and frankly, went through a nightmare dealing with Prime storage that I couldn’t be any more grateful for her. She was so sweet and genuine. Hearing her say “Honey, I will take care of you” over the phone literally made me feel at peace. Grace is probably the worst person I have ever dealt with through public storage. I would advise going to any location other then this one. She does not give you all the information and then acts like she can't handle fixing an issue she causes by not informing people of all the details. If I could Gove 0 stars I would.

The best thing about any corporation, especially in storages, are the workers you meet there and have to deal with on a regular basis. This location is not only clean and spacious enough, but the staff (Jo) has been awesome, and made the transition to a new company very smooth. If you get lucky to get a unit here, consider yourself just that - lucky. P.s. the change to someone being available on site 7 days a week is def cool beans. 😁 My only complaint is my app not working yet. 🙄

I have used a unit at this facility for more than 10 years I believe. The location was convenient when I lived in the valley and when I relocated out of state I still have things in storage. An unfortunate incident occurred involving some break-ins and I was notified promptly. They worked with me and the Maricopa County Sheriff's Dept. and put one of their own locks on my unit until such time I can return. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the professionalism in how this business is run. If you are in need of storage or a place for parking an RV look no further than Youngstown Bargain Storage. I highly recommend.

CHRISTINE YOUR stuff must be out by the time I Come in tomorrow. My son admitted it was my property that you kept from me to you. Sorry you believed my son that he was protecting it. Sorry you thought you were going to sale off my belongings or inherit my leather couch and big screen t.v. Yes Youngtown Bargain Storage is cheap that's why people choose it. You get hurt trying to clean out your storage. If your stuff is there one day out of a month your responsible for the whole month. Then dont make me swim for my stuff!!!! You were my sons choice not mine! The right thing for a business to do when they know a locked storage holds life saving meds and contents that belong to another person is to say get it out of here. That's integrity. I do not owe, nor have I ever owed any money to this place. This review is about rules they make you sign but dont follow, poor customer service, and insufficient lighting. Go to Uhaul it's a little more but there are no mice and its temperature controlled. CHRISTINE IS RUTHLESS. YOU HAVE TO BE TO PLACE A LOCK ON CHILDRENS CRIBS, BEDS, AND TOYS. AGAIN NO LOCK WAS PLACED ON MY POSSESSIONS I owe no money. THE GATE CODE WAS ALLOWED TO BE CHANGED. I DROVE 160 MILES ROUNDTRIP BECAUSE CHRISTINE CAN'T GET INVOLVED IN FAMILY DISPUTES. SOUNDS LIKE SHE WAS. MY LOCK WAS PLACED ON IT AS IT WAS MY STUFF! DONT RENT HERE. Dont rent unit 337 or 238. When it rains you have to move your stuff out in a lake your boxes collapse. Crystal is nice until you move out then if it's not swept your charged. They were more interested in making more money by placing mobil units they dunt care it blocked the only light! Be aware!

We have been with Youngtown Bargain Storage since they took ownership. Chrystal the manager is amazing! She is always on top of things. If you have a problem she addresses it right away-not like other places where you could wait up to weeks on end to get something done. We have rented our business here and have had no problems. I just want to say that your company sure knows how to pick em'. I am from out of town and have never had to use self storage before. I happened to be driving by when I saw the Youngtown Bargain Storage sign and decided to stop in and ask some questions. Crystal was wonderful! She answered all of my questions and even answered some I didn't know I had. Youngtown is very close to our new residence in Sun City so that makes it very convenient. Also, Tom was very helpful in securing a unit for us. The grounds and unit are very clean and easy to access. The convenience and cost are the main reasons we chose Youngtown Bargain Storage. Just like other storage companies, our unit is not the actual size specified, a little short on the length. We are happy that the pricing is much less than what we paid for a similar unit in Chandler.

Tom, the manager is a friendly enough guy. even though we asked him several times not to park anything long across from us so that we could get our trailer out he continues to locate vehicles across from us that prevents access. The storage facility is clean they just kept parking large trailers across from our trailer making it impossible to get our trailer out when we wanted to use it. Very slow to get the owners relocated or moved so that we can use our rig. Had to move to another storage facility

Tom really does make the place. Had my camp trailer stored there for 5-6 months now. Great price and easy access.
