Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 5950 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ

There’s only someone in the office once in a blue moon so if you need a rolling cart to load anything you’re screwed. No one answers the phone. Smells like mold in the basement level.

I have had my storage for over a year. Rate was the same now being raised. I can never get ahold of anyone. No one ever explained anything to us. Even when we moved our stuff in, i had to wait another day due to not being told the lock was inside of the unit. No one is ever in the office. App doesn't work to unlock gate. At 1 point the gate was kept open! We drove pass at 10pm and it was open! The mice have chewed through boxes and have chewed holes in belongings. There's mouse droppings inside my boxes and around unit! To be raising the rates, should be a better company. Only reason why I am not changing places is i am clearing my unit in a couple of months when I move state!

I found the process of renting a storage space very user-friendly with Public Storage. Caryn promptly responded to my phone request for information and I was able to visit the site the same day to see the facility and the storage unit that I needed. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the great customer service that Caryn provided me. She communicated my rental option clearly, and she was both professional and friendly.

My first time renting a storage and it went perfect! Chas helped me out to look for the space and complete my rental! It well smooth and well.

Horrible storage facility. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They only have 2 to 3 carts due to people stealing them and putting them in their units. The place is also like a labyrinth. The numbers are out of place and you will be walking a long way if you have a unit in the basement. Whoever built this place should not working as a contractor. If you also need to speak to anyone it probably won't happen because they are usually not in the office. And finally it feels really shady being in there. It feels like I am in the hood. Go to Extra Space Storage where the facility is always kept clean and someone is always around to help you or get an outdoor unit instead somewhere else.

Horrible customer service/onsite management! No one is ever available or calls back or ever onsite. If they are, they are hiding very well! Various doors are always broken/not in service making getting to your unit inside the maze of indoor units extremely inconvenient. Had unit for 4 months…took advantage of amazing online deal that was NOT worth it! We have autopay and no issues and do not deserve this lack of service. Several other renters have the same issues with them. They are great at renting you a unit…after that…crickets! Never again at this place, we will stick to the good old fashioned outdoor drive up units. Shame on you Public Storage at Park Place Mall!

This was my first time ever renting a storage space, I met with the location manager, Chas who was incredibly patient and professional. She took the time to explain all my options and helped me feel confident in my decision. The facility is always spotless and well-maintained. Never can find a staff member, they do not return your phone calls.

Public Storage is an absolute scam. There are not enough employees to support the business or even have people on site at this specific location. I reserved a spot online and paid for it only to receive a code that only worked on some doors. The main gate did not work, even with an alternate code given through corporate phone support. I was then told that I would be charged the $29 dollar admin fee regardless of if I even used the unit. Mind you, this all happened within a couple hour time frame. I was openly robbed by Public Storage and they are still in business. This entire company is a scam and is sure to see a class action suit in the coming years.

Chas was a great help getting me moved into a smaller unit. She was willing to help even though it went passed close.

I pay 144 dollars for a 5x10 space. I didn’t even have it for six months and they raised the fee. I’m gonna end up paying like 300 just trying to get it out and get into a cheaper place.

Such a pleasure working with Chas to get a unit rented. She was helpful, kind, and funny! The facility is clean and feels very secure. I held the unit online and got a quick follow-up call from Chas. Went in to see the unit in person and finalize the details. I appreciate how quick, easy, and positive the experience was!

When moving in on 5/1, the lack of flatbeds was a major inconvenience that caused me to have to pay a late fee for the moving truck I had rented ($60). Carrying box by box to the other side of facility was not ideal. On 5/31, I thought I paid my bill on the app, as it reflected a zero balance and sent me a survey asking how my transaction went. Apparently, the app doesn't work for payments-- this is a known issue that was NEVER conveyed to me. I thought everything was set- but no. I only found out while I was in the hospital for 9 days that I have "late fees" and threats of my unit being auctioned. Upon my release from the hospital this morning (6/23), I stopped at the facility to get this corrected. It's 2025 and they still can't do tap to pay.... So I couldn't pay in person either. Trying to pay via the website (NOT the app), the system says it can accept partial payment, as I have to use two cards since I thought it was paid on 5/31 and this month has been a mess... When I process the payment, it refuses to accept the partial payment. WTF....... The facility is clean and bright, the staff is friendly enough, but the side roll-up door is almost ALWAYS propped open, and the service is sub par at best. The Inconveniences I've encountered leave me extremely frustrated and I will find another facility when I'm healthy enough to move it again. I'd like to hear from the district manager. I can only take so many apologies from the genuinely friendly staff. I need results, and quickly. I waited for a call from the store manager all week. Nothing. Truly abysmal... Changing to one star

This is a new location and very nice. It’s going to have even more storage soon. I was lucky enough to get a reservation as moving out of UofA for the summer. Karen and Chas both helped as I got the last one, but it wasn’t lettting me do the eRental due to a maintenance issue. Everything got worked out and was able to get moved in easily. Plus, I like the app has the ability to allow me to unlock the doors for moving stuff into the location.

After speaking with Debby at Corporate Customer Service, she referred me to the Park Place facility. Chas, the Park Place manager, actually called me before I had a chance to contact her to and I made an appointment to visit. Chas was so helpful and patient with me to ensure I was able to get the best possible price for our new unit. It is for a non-profit organization, and she helped me with the web site pricing. I was pleased and impressed.

I was extremely happy with this location it was very clean, and the lighting was spectacular! Not to mention the price!! 10×30 for ($113.00) Most of all I am thankful for Chas, she was very helpful and explained everything in detail, when I had questions or didn't understand something she patiently explained it to me again. 😁 The next day I went in, I couldn't get the door to open with my app and Karen was so kind to reach out and show me exactly what to do, she also explained some things from the day before that I had questions about and she was also very polite and didn't make me feel rushed. That's Good Management/ Customer Service I'm a Happy Customer! 😁 👍

This storage facility is in a convenient location to my home and work. I love that it is inside the old Sears building, it is a great re-purpose. The manager was very helpful with my move in. Best of all it is clean with cameras everywhere, so I feel confident my belongings are safe and secure.
