Rented at the 4605 West Market St. location in Greensboro for three months following our move from out of state. Staff at this location was friendly and helpful. Got a 10X10 space with an online special for $53 a month. A very good deal. Units are outside and somewhat older, but are still good for a short term rental. Would do business with this location again. Recommended!

Great experience with Public Storage yesterday! Keyona was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes and that included viewing the unit. The facility is super clean and organized.

Good storage area for the price. Sometimes the Wi-Fi doesn't work for the gate. There's only one way in and one way out and both ways share the gate. So if somebody's sitting at the gate to exit you can't get in till they exit and vice versa

Public Storage W. Market is amazing... primarily bc of their wonderful staff member, Keyanna. She's super friendly but also takes pride in her work and is so helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure your concerns are heard and addressed to the best of her ability. If you have a problem, stop by and chat with her! She will work with you as much as she can, and truly shows that she cares about clients... which I haven't found to be a common occurrence in storage companies. Definitely recommend!

I just want to say thank you to Keyona and Kila because they saved the day today!!! After speaking with several people and getting the run around about our unit which had been open for several days, everyone we spoke to said they were getting it taken care of and they did not! (customer service) After speaking with customer service on yesterday 5/15/24 they told us we had an appointment for today 5/16/24 and never sent any information to the location to acknowledge the appointment . They just happened to be there when we arrived! No one told the manager, who had been out of the office since last week about the situation and nothing had been left so that she would have known. The ball was dropped but thankfully because of Keyona and Kila we were able to get our unit back secured properly and have a peace of mind!! Thank you so much!!

After a public storage location in Fl was having issues giving my family permission to access the unit today the lady that was working here at the desk was extremely helpful, kind and friendly even though I was in a bad mood and even got me to calm down and the phone numbers to upper management I have been asking for

The process was pretty fast and easy. Literally takes no longer than 5 mins. Traveled from NYC, & everything was ready as soon as we arrived. Was given all the necessary instructions, no need to deal with others, got in & got out. Really loved how smooth and easy it was. The storages seemed good, & im confident everything is safe. Plus, you have to opt for insurance anyways. My only con was the mishap in the deals being offered. The website is for all locations, & not all deals may apply to all. Takes a bit of navigation but all good.

Omg Joe at Public Storage #4605 on w market st, Greensboro NC-is the perfect customer service representative. I went in today ( On a Monday) to pay my rent for my Storage unit as well as try to fix my Public storage app. And omg was he sooo patient n helpful.
He changed my address, and took my payment. He went into my account, changed the email for the app because I'm a returning customer so the app was only showing my previous rental information, and not my current rental information.
He then assisted me with the app. We hit a road block, so he called The Manager who instructed him very thoroughly.
After we got the app working, he walked me to the gate- because now you can access the gate code thru the app- you don't even get out your car. HOW COOL IS THAT???
We got everything squared away and throughout all this, we had plenty of pleasant conversations.
I like him. He is great. Because in this world, customer service has gone out the window, BUT JOE REASSURED ME THERE ARE STILL GREAT CARING, COMPASSIONATE EMPLOYEES IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY...
