Unfortunately, I can be a bit klutzy and managed to lock myself out of my storage as the mover was trying to get me moved in. I contacted management and within 15 minutes, they responded and cut my lock off. Life savors to say the very least Misty and Alisa were so understanding and did not make me feel like a total ding -bat. I would have mentioned the gentleman who actually cut the lock off but can’t remember his name. Oh and I almost forgot, No Extra Charge for the lock cut off!! What?? Thank you soooooo much.

I use this place when i'm moved and had to put my things in storage before.I found my next location to move into.I will say in the inside building that only one elevator work.So be patient and wait, why everybody use the one elevator other than that.The facility is clean.Well, keptThe grounds are nice and the staff is okay.
Thank God for Misty. I had tried all morning, left messages and waited to be contacted by someone from the Union Rd. Gastonia, NC location (where my unit is actually located) without luck. So, I decided to try a different location to get my query answered...and there she was! Misty. No long automated message...no delay. I had called, and she readily answered the phone. She quickly accessed my account and gave a satisfactory explanation that satisfied my concerns. Hats off to Misty! It was a pleasure dealing with her.

Top notch establishment! It comes with a story. Was taking my 4 wheeler for a tuneup and on the way I got a flat tire on my trailer. I pulled in to the storage unit to ask if I could park my trailer and 4 wheeler in the parking lot while I went to get a new tire. As I entered the front door I noticed how clean and orderly everything was. The employees were warm and welcoming. They even went above and beyond and invited me to park my trailer behind the fence where it would be safe while I was gone. What a blessing Brittany, Tim and Mitchell are. Hats off to you guys.

I would like to give big kudos to Lauren the property manager and her staff at this location. My husband and I started renting a indoor storage unit before we sold our house, and right near our move out date, we needed to rent a last minute second unit, and with the help of staff, we were able to store additional stuff, and when it came time to clear out the space, the process was easy peasy. I would highly recommend this location to any of our family and friends, that need a place to secure and store their belongings temporarily or long term!!
