This rental unit worked out great for me and my family. We were between houses for a few months and needed a storage spot. I really liked the app to get in and out of the gates. Scott gave us great customer service.
Since my homeowner's insurance policy covered my property in storage as well as liability, Michael the on-site manager removed the liability insurance I purchased through Public Insurance. My monthly storage fee was reduced. He was most helpful.

The district manager called and so did the onsite person, who was not on site during my incident, where my unit opening was smashed into. The opening was repaired.
So we finally have access to our storage unit.
I have rented 4 units before without issues.
This incident took me calls over 3 days, and I have an app too.
I appreciate talking to a live person and an available on site manager.

They check our units daily to make sure they are locked. We still are not sure why we got a new lock, but if your lock is not locking, they put a new lock on it. Again, thank you.
