During a difficult time when I couldn’t make payments and my belongings were heading to auction, I was drowning in anxiety and the fear of being judged. Very cold in the storage unit
Not heated at all
So if you are renting a unit in the winter especially
Be very mindful of electronics and liquid supplies
But overall great customer service skills when someone is available
Kenny was very helpful in helping me and my mother out with moving stuff between our old unit and are new one and she even stayed overtime to help us out we really appreciate her customer service

Unable to access when need work 2nd 3rd shift complained when had to leave car in parking lot said would tow my car then charged a cleaning fee of 70 on something that wasnt clean when got locker
Nothing good about this place istorage a better deal for same money every month got twice the size at istorage then here for lesser amount every month

You do the math on a better deal with someone else and able to come and go as please along with park if have too.
Public storage a rip off
I would not use this location as the gate is open all the time so your paying for secure location when it is really not. I HAD AN ISSUE WHERE IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE TRIED TO PRY INTO MY UNIT. I CALLED THE OFFICE NO ONE WAS THERE AND LEFT A MESSEGE BUT NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALL. I had to get someone to fix the door to my storage before I could get I to it. There is suppose to be someone on site but they are never there.

Very helpful staff. Needed more space was able to transfer from a 5x5 to a 5x10 for literally $1. Only complaint this place needs a magnet run through the entire place i picked up 7 screws in about a 15ft radius :/
They should actually have someone to come chop the thick ice in front of the outside storage.. it's been like that for about a month now.. the office have different hours and they are lazy..

Great property manager! Well kept property and great prices!
Horrible! Waited outside for an hour at 1:30pm on a weekday, no one was around. No signs. Just a website that says there open. I needed a unit but wanted to take advantage of the 1st month for $1 promotion that was available only online, well until you get to check out, where the total due includes full rental costs. I tried calling customer service who "took care of it" for me by sending me a confirmation email with a receipt that included over $70 in charges that were not agreed on.
My boyfriend is now shopping units due to his experience as a current customer so don't think it ends after signing up!!
Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and I would strongly recommend doing the same.

Unable to access my unit. This location is not great at infrastructure upkeep causing a lot of water pooling. The wall between my unit and my neighbor's is damaged allowing access to my unit through their's. The weather has caused so much shifting in the foundation the lock doesn't line up with the slot properly. It has to be forced into submission.
I've previously used a Public Storage locker in the Como area and had a good experience there as well. Great company, committed to keeping customers' possessions safe.
As for this specific location, I've had my unit for a month now and have had a great experience! On move-in day, Kenny met me in the office and walked me over to the unit I reserved to make sure the size would work for me. She walked me through the app process, insurance, etc. Super helpful and personable!
Accessing the gate through the app is fantastic. So nice not getting out of my car to type in a code. Driving up to the door my unit is located in is super easy. 10/10 would use this location again (and will continue to do so until I move into a larger house that can fit all my stuff!)
