The storage area worked out fine. But the office doesn’t have anyone there most of the time. So if you need assistance, you have to call customer support and it is very difficult to get to a person to talk to.

This facility is clean and the office staff is outstanding (and Donna is exceptional). When I failed to lock my unit properly they called me within hours; when I've asked them to check on something they've done it cheerfully. My only complaint has been the regular rate increases, which I understand are company-wide and are not in the control of local managers. This year's rate increase was unreasonably high.
