Great clean units with AC to prevent damage to items from heat . Very secure. Bernard was great to deal with . Was easy to rent and very hassle free when we moved out . Was able to use the app pick a move out date . Leave the keys and lock in unit and done . Very clean , carts available on site to move stuff in and out .
Upon our visit to look at the roof for a roof leek, the receptionist sonnet was a patient and and very informative woman..she was quick with answers and was also straight foward when she couldn't delivered an answer she went out of her way to find them..great service

Great rental and move in experience. Was actually looking at other location but there were no smaller units left which is understandable as most get rented for students from colleges as i was also renting for my son.but in all aspects of renting and moving in, everything went smoothly and have zero complaints!!!

Public storage honestly has grown on me as family for 8 years I stored my stuff there I was there during good times when the employees was there and had a office on site to when they had the kiosk you talk into During the bad times when I lost my key and was so frustrated they assist me to help me and was right there as an angel when I needed the lock cut then a replacement overall I would rate them 10 stars but that's not a option so I would stay with 5.I recommend public storage to anyone if you are a student moving out of your parents house going to college to and business man your valuables will stay safe they work hard with the security plus cameras hope to do business with them again love you public storage thanks again

I would like to commend Jade at the Plantation Road Public Storage in Pensacola. I recently rented a second unit there and was quite nervous completing everything online since I live out of the area. When I arrived in Pensacola, Jade called me to make sure I didn't have any problems and to ask if I had additional questions. She addressed all the concerns I had and I feel very relieved now that all my questions have been answered. I was fortunate enough to meet her while she was taking care of some other customers at the site. Now that we have met, I feel even more confident that I can return home and know that all my belongings will be secure.
Marissa was excellent. She was kind, patient and informative. I was a little bit of a pain in the butt too, I kept changing my mind causing her to have to back up and redo the contract and her friendliness and smile never wavered. Marissa is the reason Public Storage gets 5 stars!

Had some issues for a few days and actually received a call from local manager, Shannon, to explain the changes. Meant a lot considering the website didn't help explain what was going on with the phones and property managers on site.
Started with a 1 star review and have now updated to a 4 star. Property is clean and in a good location, been a customer for 3 years.
