Jen was attentive as I was moving into my new unit and I did NOT have an appt. But I did have a question and while she was busy assisting another customer, she was kind enough and stopped with what she was doing. Jen asked what I needed and she was great with responding promptly in professionally manner. While it was extremely frustrating and it’s a frequently asked question, she decided to join forces and immediately took the initiative to resolve our concerns regarding the lease process and etc. She still she managed to be assertive, clear and show no signs of being overwhelmed. She was very patient while with her first appt. and answered our question while educating both of us regarding the contract and other specific details that I needed. I’ve been renting with Public Storage for three years now and just recently downsized from a large unit to a small unit due to trying to cut cost. The process was smooth and move out day, Jen was very helpful, courteous and friendly. There’s only been one time in the three years I’ve been here that I was unable to access the facility due to the sign in system being down, but it is a clean facility and the early morning access is a plus. I highly recommend this location.

Really like this Public Storage. Always nice and clean and a cart is always available (were in other places are always missing). The guy at front, Anthony, always above and beyond helping you with anything you need. Very polite and always mindful of you as a person not as another number costumer that comes up. Times I had to go in for something other costumers see and greet him very joyfully which means he is always there to help out!!

He is always on point and always gives a call to remind me of my deadline for payments and also great rates going on to make sure I get the best price all the time …. What makes good storage great is not the facility, it's who's running it. And the property manager in this location, Anthony, is fantastic. Always willing and available to be of assistance, and I don't mean just help, he *facilitates*. Need a cart during busy hours? He'll track one down for you. Need a ladder for your stuff? He'll bring it over. You'll never feel like no one is paying attention to you, and you'll never get blown off when Anthony is around. Just be reasonable because the man is running the whole show singlehandedly, it seems. On weekends, he's being dispatched to another facility for a few hours in the middle of the day, so time your visit, or adjust your requests for assistance, accordingly. We stayed at this facility because of Anthony, even though we moved further away. When you find good service, you're less inclined to switch.

Estoy muy satisfecha con esta sucursal de Public Storage. Lo primero que me gusto es que está localizado en un sitio muy bueno y tranquilo con fácil acceso a la I-75 y al turnpike. Aunque no estoy contenta con el reciente incremento de la renta, no puedo negar que el sitio es muy limpio, bien iluminado y fresco (a/c). Lo que más me agradó es el trato amable de su manager, Anthony, quien siempre está dispuesto a escucharme y ayudarme con algún problema que se me haya presentado.
I am so glad I chose this storage. It's clean, well maintained, and secure. The staff is amazing as well, particularly Anthony. He is professional and service-oriented. I always feel comfortable going to him if I need help or have a question about something. If I have a problem, he always solves it. He is always willing to assist and does his job without making you feel like you're just one more customer.
