I've had this storage for a few years and it's gotten very expensive over time. They give you one price when you first rent and then go increasing the price in a materr of a few months. The place is always dirty warm and things laying around on the floors. The floors are disgusting and the smell is horrific especially on the 3rd floor. I will be looking for a better place to store my stuff that's better price soon.

The employees intentionally keep the bathrooms locked and that way don't have to clean them. This has been going on for almost a year. And yes they raise the rates 60% on your 3rd month.

i switched to them because they gave me the same space a little cheaper than what i had. but with no improvements to the space they raised the rent of my unit- insurance never changed. talking to a human is difficult when you have an issue-wasn’t like that at the beginning. they don’t do refunds so they charge you the whole month even if you get it out the first day of the month.

The increase is OUTRAGEOUS and is not keeping with the market trend. I cannot wait to get out. I will never use PUBLIC STORAGE again nor recommend them to anyone. Besides this you can never get anyone to answer the phone.

I had given this place 5 stars back in Feb, but wow I called in for a simple inquiry and Veronica who is apparently the Property Manager provided the most incompetent customer service. So rude, cutting me off in the middle of my sentence, not listening, showing no empathy. (Everything you’re supposed to do in the customer service industry) I will be writing a formal letter to corporate about my experience. This is unacceptable, I hope that locations calls are recorded.

Went to even get a storage unit a whole hour before closing and there's just no one at the office. It's locked up. Phone number works but when they say they'll get a manager to figure out why, they don't. I'm just trying to register. Don't even have a unit yet and my experience is already bad. So apparently someone walked out on the job or just decided to leave early! Screw what people need.

Poorly managed. This is the second time they have locked everyone out of the facility. Hurricane Nicole passed yesterday and the facility is still locked down a day later. The rent has doubled in two years and the customer service is about non-existent.
