Clean, efficient, and exactly what I needed.
I just wanna take a second and talk about how great Tom is. Tom has been working the front desk at this place since my company started keeping a unit at this location years ago. We often have multiple vehicles in the drive for a prolonged period of time as we load and unload equipment from our unit. Some of our equipment needs set up and torn down as we transport it in the building or put it inside of a vehicle or take out of a vehicle. As long as we are not a burden to other customers, Tom has always given us the space we need to do our jobs timely and efficiently. We really appreciate that. We have had less friendly interactions with the employees of other storage locations that we do business with and with other Public Storage personnel who have had an interest in maintaining a less reasonable, less productive, and less friendly collection of desires. Tom however, recognizes that our time is valuable and that a friendly long term relationship to beneficial for all parties. Thanks Tom.
Our business keeps a unit here. Tom and his assistant have been extremely helpful and friendly to all of our employees as they enter the site and access our unit and load and unload our business equipment. Tom has been such a big help that we know his name well enough to include it in a review.

Good spot for convenient storage
I had a lot of trouble contacting anyone through the Public Storage 800 number. On the third call I finally got a human by selecting the option for a new customer reservation. That person somehow blind transferred me to Ryan at this location, although my unit is at another Seattle location. I explained what was happening to Ryan and he was INCREDIBLY helpful, and actually solved the issue (was something misconfigured in my account) in about 3 minutes. In short, this review is more about Ryan's customer support than Public Storage as a whole, as my experience with Public Storage's official support path was abysmal.
I've been in great hands since Chase began managing this facility! He's always been so polite and informative in our interactions.

I just rented a storage space for the first time. Chase was very helpful! He's calm, focused and informative. He has exactly the kind of personality I needed to help me through the process.
Have had this unit for almost two years and this is the first time I had encountered any problems. There was a billing issue and even though I was frustrated and honestly wanted to get angry, Chase, their manager , was able to help me and take care of the problems including instructing me on how to navigate a frustrating situation. He used kindness and thoughtfulness as a first rule of action.

This facility was so confusing to deal with at first the second my partner & I parked our car. If it wasn’t for the property manager working that day, I don’t think we would have been able to find or get to our storage unit.
Ryan has been so informative, personable, helpful, understanding, & all the more, professional. This is a smaller property compared to most I’ve seen, and a much older one than others in the Seattle area, but 10/10 would recommend storing here.

I have used this space for over two years. It was Simply Storage before it switched over to Public Storage. I had a 5x10 unit and recently switched to a 5x15. Thanks to the help of Shalleenakaye and Ryan it was a smooth transition! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all the questions and concerns I had. Having a storage unit has been imperative to my lifestyle since I live in a small apartment and need extra space for my belongings. 5 star service!
One of the best experiences I've had with any company ever. Tom, who I think is the manager, is spectacular. He called when I hadn't started putting stuff in my storage unit after renting. He met me to show me where my unit was, how to use the app and how to lock my storage space. When I accidentally didn't lock my unit right he called and let me know. I'm happily surprised about my experience with Public Storage and encourage anyone who is considering storage here to go for it. The space is clean, easy to access and well kept up.
I was looking for a place to store my camp trailer indoors. I thought I had to look way out of town for a good deal but Public Storage got me right in close to home and at a much less monthly rate than my previous outside space. Secure as well!

I have rented a modest sized storage space here since 2009! I just left and it almost feels like leaving family. Tom was A++ . My storage unit is located in Houston, Texas and had an autopay issue that was unable to be rectified by my store manager after 3-4 10-15 min phone calls. Let’s just say the employees at my unit are less than competent. Tom is/was a breath of fresh air. He is kind, polite, and willing to explain Public Storage’s processes and how we could fix the issue. What took hours between Public Storage’s automated system (still never reached a live person) and my storage units incompetent employees, Tom fixed within 5-10 minutes. A++.

I've been renting a unit from this location for several years, but was in need of a larger unit. Vince, the onsite manager, was incredibly helpful getting me into a unit which accommodated my needs. Not only did he find me a unit around the corner from the original (making the move very easy) he also made the transfer process smooth and easy to navigate. Extremely clean facility and well maintained for the most part. Had a few incidents with the elevator being down and they raised our monthly rent by $65 out of the blue but still a great option to rent from as they are always running promotions. Jonathan is also very nice and helpful.

I was needing storage/moving boxes and saw Public Storage on 3000 15th Ave in Seattle sold boxes. I stopped in and was greeted by a nice guy named Tom (at least that’s what his shirt said). I told him what I needed them for and he helped me with the right sizes. I was only able to get a couple that day and was impressed that he didn’t put a hard sell on. I usually don’t write reviews but in todays day it is very rare to get exceptional service. Was very impressed and will be back.
