Originally I gave one star due mainly to an increase of my monthly charges I wasn’t aware was happening that caught me by surprise, but someone named Sue (apologies if I got your name wrong) called me, and she helped reverse the increase which is much more affordable for me right now.
I don’t know a lot of businesses who take time to reach out to their reviewers to help and I really appreciated it.

Rented here while in between apartments and the lady who initially helped me over the phone was amazing! Apologies for forgetting her name. It was quick and easy to rent my space over the phone and the space with my lock was already ready for me by the time I reached the unit after set up over the phone. Derek helped me when I had trouble with my move out and was awesome during the whole process! Highly recommend using their storage space. The app is also cool because you can open the gate via Bluetooth for even easier accessibility

Let me start by saying that this 5 star review is specifically meant to be applied solely for the wonderful property manager, Robin!
I am going through an issue with my unit that was more of an act of god and a terrible situation however, Robin was the brightest spot throughout this entire event. Her charming and caring personality has really stood out even throughout my more ugly moments. Her unwavering professionalism coupled with what I could only describe as the most authentic, genuine, caring, and compassionate approach was unmatched. I wish I could do more to elevate her within her organization as she clearly is their most valuable asset within this company and they would do well to recognize and retain her for the years to come. I would be very curious to see what great things she could accomplish given the opportunity to rise to a higher level and make meaningful change in Public Storage's business model as it seems to be in need of more people like her.
As stated above, this review comes from someone who just lost 60% of my belongings via "act of god" clause while stored at this location. The circumstances that are following are ongoing and difficult and have caused great hindrance upon myself and family through no fault of Robins. With that said, I can't stress enough how wonderful Robin has been throughout this entire endeavor and her continuous support shows me that she truly cares and is one of a kind.

I bought a storage unit in an auction and when I showed up there Robin was amazing!I was having a bad day but after my experience with her it was much better! She was so helpful and her attitude was great, it was just a bunch of little things she did like helping me load a heavy air conditioner into my truck, letting me borrow a lock for the night, taking something to the dumpster for me and opening the gate for me!

This location and in particular "Robin" are nothing short of amazing.
I had a partner in a storage unit that went sideways and required that law enforcement got involved. The situation put me in a position of needing to vacate my unit immediately.
I was in Ca when all this happened and felt very vulnerable and that my belongings were at risk.
I made contact with Robin and she kept me well informed as things progressed.
She was able to keep her corporate office involved while providing me the necessary flexiblity to get back from Ca and to successfully vacate the unit.
She even handled the coordination of a local handyman I hired to remove a piano that I was unable to get out on my own.
This type of customer service is unheard of anymore and I want to thank Robin and all the staff for their assistance with a very stressful situation.
I highly recommend this location if you have the need to rent a storage unit.
