I am going to edit my review. I have been at this new location for a few weeks now and I am not impressed with Public Storage overall. I rented my unit mid Feb using their online process, paid my initial cost with a debit card and got my keys. At the end of Feb I went into my portal to make payment for March and it states my online payments are not allowed, weird but okay. I get ahold of a person at my location and am told they don't know why there is a hold, but I can pay in office. I stop by the office a few days later at about 1p and no one is there and they have no hours on the door. I call customer service and I'm told the GM is the only one that can remove the hold and that he will call within 48 hr (before my payment is considered late). No call. I use the chat feature online to see why I didn't get a call. They tell me my account is on hold because of a "returned payment". Interesting, I didn't have my initial payment returned and I'm trying to pay my first full month. She says 'sorry, I can't take it off' and tells me to call escalations. I do that and I'm told they can't see any return payment and they will put in another ticket for the GM to call me by the end of the day but he is the only one that can remove the hold. No call. Next day I stop by my location AGAIN at 2:30p, locked up/lights off. I call customer service AGAIN and tell them to give me the GMs number, straight to voicemail.. cool, cool, cool. I left another storage facility because the price here was cheaper. You get what you pay for I suppose.
Came in to pay my bill and met Chelsea the storage facility property manager. Hands down the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. I've been running from this facility for going on 3 years and I would highly recommend. The stores facilities cleanliness as well their customer service. It's fantastic!!!

Chelsea is the property manager here she has help me with my storage unit and even when I'm struggling with financial problems she is willing to help me so I'm not getting locked out of my unit. Great for storage, but my one problem is they don't plow the parking lot after storms... The whole parking lot is shaded by the building, so when it snows it turns into ice and takes days to melt. It's inconvenient and a bit annoying to deal with.
They have rolling carts that are convenient for bringing items in and out. I rent a 5'x5' and its been perfect for my storage needs.

The new management is awful. If you move out because the renting of the storage goes up, don't move out until the end of the month. You will not get your rent prorated. Do not pay the next month or you won't be reimbursed .

I did not receive notice that autopay was cancelled when this place was bought by Public Storage. I did not receive any notice that I had missed a payment until I got an email saying pay now or your unit will be up for auction.
What I did get was a cryptic voicemail saying they wanted to talk to me about the unit with no second call, and they NEVER answered the phone and NEVER called back despite leaving several voicemails.
Two stars cause the unit is good, just really bad customer service.
Updated to 1 star for an arbitrary $50 monthly increase.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. Save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else. Someone new took over management, they didn't notify me that happened, told me I needed to come to the unit within 24 hours to remove an ALARM that was inside my unit because the new company was NO LONGER going to use the alarm system. If you ever need to get in touch with them, good luck. Nobody is ever in office, and nobody returns your calls. I moved all my stuff out of the unit - tried to return lock and keys - took me 2 weeks & 3 different drop bys to get a call back.

Public storage have some of the best employees Kennedy and Emily are two amazing chicks. They really have their Hands full as they are two women running and managing multiple properties but they are killing it they may hard to find and track down to pay you bill or get a box but when you need them they are truly there they are truly amazing and with Emily out with a injury, Kennedy has really stepped up managing all of these things. They are truly kind and understanding. I was skeptical at first because there was never a site manager. but then once I open my eyes and got insight to what the story was, these guys are truly amazing when all they do they really care about their customers and the job they do. It may not always be 100% but that’s what you get when you start with less than that’s why I stick with public storage to store my stuff with a safe secure site that holds my stuff safe and just right
4/5 stars. When we started our lease the management was very personable and nice and they were never hard to get ahold of. Then they switched owners and got bought out. I had to call 4 times and sent several emails and never heard back from anyone. Finally I got ahold of someone who clearly was at a call center and didn’t speak very good English. Now no one is ever in the office and it was a pain to cancel. Bummer, but overall the facility’s are very clean and the place is nice just don’t expect any good customer service anymore.
Emily, Clara Dawn, and Kennedy were all so helpful. They answered all my questions with a cheerful and friendly demeanor. Especially Kennedy. She was as sweet and kind as the day is long. I highly recommend public storage.

Customer service was amazing and very easy to get the U-Haul.
I rented here for approximately 13 months. Place was relatively clean, staff was nice the few times I had to talk to them. The reason for my rating is the price increases. In the 13 months I was there they raised the rates 4 times. It was the last time that I got the rate increase that I decided I was moving out before it went into effect. Just be warned that the rate will go up every 3-4 months and with as many storage places around the area they are more expensive. I found a place just down the road for 55 dollars less a month with a 12 month price lock for the same size I had here.
I asked Chad for a smaller unit since I sold my mattress and couches, needed something smaller, and I asked him, and he held for me. It's so clean, I will be back here if I ever need another storage place, and I still have my stuff there. Thank you, Chad, for the good customer service and fastest service
