Had unit here for couple months, no issues service was amazing.

This has been the best experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Tiffany, she has been the reason I will recommend this storage unit to everyone. Thankyou Tiffany for everything! Your the best!

I came back on Nov 22 to move out of one unit and into a new one. During the move I spilled beads and Theresa came over to help me sweep them up and while I was waiting for her to arrive I went to the app to process the move out and noticed that the unit I put on hold was not transferred by Zach last weekend like he had said it was and the key was not refunded either so Theresa brought me to the office and quickly and efficiently moved me out of the old unit and the one mistaking booked when submitting a hold, she was also able to process the refunds. I am so thankful for her help and getting things squared away and she had the best mood and attitude helping me clean up my bead disaster. She was so so helpful I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate her help. Please educate Zach on how to work in the system as the mess Theresa fixed could have been avoided if he processed correctly. Again thank goodness for Theresa! Zach helped me today transfer my unit, he was super helpful and informative. Great customer service and showing me the various sizes and options.

Tiffany was such an amazing help! She made the whole process super easy and helped me with all the paperwork I needed to get my lock cut after I lost my key. She was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything got taken care of.

Taylor Johnson is spectacular. Every positive review I read prior to visiting the 8008 location was an understatement. Her professionalism is just the start. The effort she put into finding me a location either at her main building or at an equally convenient location just down the parkway resulted in a unit that is exactly what I needed in the middle of a move. Her expertise and knowledge to find the best location and price for me is greatly appreciated. It's obvious she truly takes her work seriously and genuinely desires to find the best options for a customer. She is an incredible asset to this company and as one other review mentioned, she needs to be moved to upper management. She is just an outstanding person and representative. She addressed every issue before I could even ask, was gracious and pleasant and just, well, SPECTACULAR!!!!

I had an unfortunate house situation that accrued! and God place her at the right place at the right time! I was able to get a great deal on a unit here, and used the 3 day weekend to get some of our holiday decor out of the garage. Renting was so easy. I just did everything online, and Public Storage sent me my unit number, and gate code, and when I got there, everything went so smoothly! There are maps posted, so I didn’t have any trouble finding my unit, and everything is so clean! I highly recommend renting here for an easy, no hassle process!

This review is about Mary Vela. I have been renting space with this particular location for 3+ years now. While every employee I have encountered before has been nice..none have gone above and beyond the call of duty quite like Mary V. has. In a very short amount of time, she has looked out for my best interest without knowing me personally. I cannot go a single visit without seeing her sweeping or cleaning somewhere. Keeping this facility clean is difficult but it is very much appreciated seeing her efforts. Anyone can be a good employee..but what makes a GREAT employee is having integrity and that is Mary. That is why whenever I finish my business at this location...Mary Vela will be the only one who will stick in my memory.

The space looked wonderful for what i needed and the front desk lady was very helpful and quick with responses for all the questions i had. Although I didn’t end up renting after all, this location is definitely one to keep in mind.
