I got a unit today an I had to store my store I came in the office Greg helped me he was so pleasant and nice he showed me were my unit was helped me he was so kind
I recently moved into a unit at Public Storage and had an awesome experience thanks to one of the employees, Greg. From the moment I arrived, Greg went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. He even fixed a section of concrete in my unit to make it available to move in—something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but did without hesitation. It’s rare to find someone that genuinely cares and goes the extra mile like that.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Moving can be a hassle, but having someone like Greg on-site made all the difference. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage with great customer service.
You pay a premium for climate controlled storage and 2/3 of the facility doesn’t work.
Floors 2 and 3 don’t have working climate control. This has been an issue for 3 weeks and no fix in sight. I responded to a survey asking for feedback, provided notes on this issue, was notified that they would be in touch, and no response. Spoke with front desk staff and both of them have put in multiple tickets to corporate and no update.
Ended up paying to move our entire unit from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor because it’s the only working system.
Storage units are really clean and spacious. We booked a unit and the overall surrounding and cleanliness was perfect. Greg is very professional, helpful and kind with all the procedure and the pricing is perfect.
Bryan was incredibly helpful and efficiently set me up, ensuring I was well-prepared for my visit. He took the time to familiarize me with the facility’s layout and promptly addressed any concerns or issues I may have had. The brand-new facility was spotlessly clean.
It it was not for Lucien at the Craig Ranch location,I would have been very disappointed. Lucien is a great professional, listens and kind. Public storage need more of him. This 5 stsr is for him. Not my other experience with Public Storage. Their phone agent sold me the higher price assuming it is the only one to get second month free. And that was not true. Also reserved the date without asking which date do I need it for. Then Public storage was not able to adjust the date had to cancel and make a new reservation online with the same offer at about $50 less.
Experience was amazing and great. Customer service was top tier. Definitely would recommend

The new location in McKinney near Craig Ranch is exceptionally clean with a lot of storage size options among the 1,200 total units in the building. And with Grand Opening price discounts this was more affordable than anticipated. Even though I had everything I need including contracting for space from guidance on the website, Stacy (the local Manager) gave an excellent personalized tour of the facility. Since the building is sealed with no external roll up doors, there is no chance of rodent intrusion. This is a good facility with good access provisions while maintaining high security level.
I was so pleased with my experience at Cube Smart! The facility is pristinely kept and Stacy, the store manager, was very up beat and happy! He took time to show me around the building, covered off important information that I needed, as well as answered all of my questions. He truly made my experience a great one! Thank you again!

I just wished that he gave us one of the units closer to the elevator when there's still a lot that are available. Needs at least a couple more carts to be used by renters so moving will be quicker. Hard to maneuver the cart around those tiny end corners.
