Awesome customer service
My experience was excellent. It was so easy to rent, gain access to and find my unit. I never had a single problem. I left my things in the unit for 6 months and it was the same as the day I moved in. Shelly was so extremely friendly and helpful. I love the app as well. I'll never use any other company for my rental needs.
Sheltie was fabulous today. I was moving in today when I got there I got in the gate fine but when I tried the access doors to the unit they wouldn't open. I tried multiple doors multiple times with no luck. I reached out to the chat on the website and despite Michael's best efforts the doors still would not open. I called the locations phone number but could only leave a message. Thank goodness Shellie got my message, returned my call and when she heard I was sitting at the property with a Uhaul full that needed to be unloaded, she closed up at the other property she was at and cane right over to help me. She was definitely a lifesaver today!

Dee the manager was absolutely amazing. I had originally booked a climate control unit online however when I went in person the booking turned out to be a regular unit. When speaking to Dee she was quick, well knowledgeable, remained with a smile, and acted on the issue immediately making sure I was taken care of.

I rented a storage unit online for this Public Storage location, and I called ahead to make sure someone was working in the office to answer my questions. Not only did Dee, the leasing agent, give me better directions to her location than Google Maps, but she was also so patient and helpful. She showed me how to operate the gate, walked me to my storage unit, talked to me about my storage space needs, and she was genuinely invested in making sure I was taken of to the utmost of her ability. Most of all, she was friendly and accommodating, and she walked me through everything smoothly. It’s so hard to find quality customer service these days, but Dee restored my faith in that again. Thank you, Dee, if you see this. I feel like I made a new friend! 😌🙌
