I recently rented an additional unit at CubeSmart to store some furniture and sound healing tools. I sorted everything online so when I went in the lock was inside the unit. The latch was a bit stuck so it was quite a job to open it. I could not lock it in position afterwards and I was not able to set the lock they left me (as you needed a screw driver to set) in the unit.
I walked back to front office and asked the manager to help me.
He was super helpful. He showed me a trick how to position the door so I can set the latch with ease and he set my lock for me ready to use.
I always find every person very helpful and kind at this location. They are certainly very good at customer service!
