Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 8400 Camp Bowie West Blvd, Fort Worth, TX

Me and my family have never had a storage before this was our first experience and it was the best Alyssa is very helpful.

Cassandra provided excellent service; she is a very attentive and kind person and resolved my problem very quickly.

Awesome experience with Cassandra! She is very knowledgeable with great customer service I recommend her 100%! She's a great asset to this company.

Well let me start by saying that public storage wouldn't be getting a good review from me if it wasn't for ALYSSA and I say that because I have been here for over 6 months and when I first moved in I had 2 storages in which Trevor was the manager at the time and e49 was one of my storages and I told him and told him about the walls on both sides of e49 were broken and anyone could get in the storages and I moved out on time but left my lock on the storage until Trevor could fix the walls but he never even attempted to I ended up going to home depot myself and buying some plywood and putting it up myself because I didn't want to just leave my storage and have someone break into the storages on either side of mine so because Trevor failed to do his job I not only bought the plywood and put it up but because my lock was on the storage to keep anyone else from getting in public storage says I owe for unit e49 that is total bs I did the next right thing I was moved out on time but they refuse to remove e49 from my account and say I owe. No I don't I did the job the manager should have done and you want to charge me. Anyways im only stating this because I had very low reviews to give public storage until recently when they finally employed a great manager (ALYSSA) she is very helpful and informative and she is always checking on the property or working on the property she makes sure to see that if something needs fixing she's on top of it. If a customer needs help she is not only eager to help them but will go the extra mile to make sure they are satisfied 100% , she's polite and respectful, she is by far the best manager they have had since my being here. She has wonderful customer skills and will try to help in anyway she possibly can to make sure the customer at the end of the day is 100% satisfied and their property is secure. So I was going to rate public storage a 2 but because of ALYSSA and only ALYSSA I now give public storage a 10. She exactly what public storage needs as a manager. So I want to say thank you ALYSSA for all you do to help and to make this property safe and secure for all customers. You awesome and hopefully corporate will see what a asset you are for them. Again thank you

Alyssa was and is very helpful patient and professional she made it feel very welcoming and she explained and answered all questions I had and also calls back when leave a message I do recommend this public storage on Camp Bowie Alyssa you rocks. Thank for great customer service.

Alyssa is very helpful! She always returns calls, in a timely manner and answers whatever questions I’ve had. Once she brought a bunch of trash bags over to my unit, when she noticed I was cleaning it out. She’s very observant and will call you & give you a heads up on any inconvenience, she might notice. I’ve had my unit for almost two years now and she’s been the best property manager, they’ve had so far!

Today i had a great experience. my husband came up to store our anniversary extras. Ms.Alyssa was very helpful. she went out of her way to measure and assist my husband on storing our old dresser. she gives good advice and helped my husband plenty on deciding how to make our things uniform and proper. good luck on alyssa and her property! ive been passing by for months and the progress can be seen even from the road. im happy to see my things will be well taken care of and im so happy it doesn't look like a homeless shelter anymore!!

Super easy access anytime I wanted to enter. Never had any issues in over one year of renting our unit. Management always responded quickly to questions I had. Would definitely rent from them again and recommend this location.

Thank God for the people here. Always have been helpful especially since I forget when my damn payments are do. Trevor just called me to remind me. I completely forgot. Also the spaces are great and they don't nag you at all!

This is the ONLY place to put your beloved furniture and keep sakes! With wonderful service from extremely knowledgeable and professional staff. Specifically ms Hope at the front desk. Ms hope is the person you want looking after all of your public storage needs. She’s very responsive and in touch with her customers. Ms hope is personable and such a joy! I look forward to talking with her every time I go to my unit!
