I moved in about 3 months ago and I love this location! I’ve used public storage before didn’t have the best experience. What got me to move in was the reviews. I really enjoy not having to use an elevator. Drive up is great! Some public storage locations close at 6pm, this one closes at 9pm and even has the option for 24/7 access. It is reasonable price with wonderful customer service! Definitely recommend to anyone!

Simply put, I will use Public Storage so I can see Helen more. One of the kindest and helpful people I have ever met. She is absolutely delightful and a one in a million. Answered all my questions and made me laugh.
Rat infestation don't keep ur stuff here and you can smell the rat pee when you walk around the storages charging people all that money just to have there stuff ruined you can afford to set traps and spray. “You gotta tell cooperate” was the response when the employee was told about the incident. Absolutely disgusted

As a person who has worked in the service industry I value great customer service. And from the moment Diane welcomed me through the door with a authentic and genuine smile, she turned out not only to be a sales rep or customer service agent ,but bit of an Angel. So I walked through these steps doing the rental online got all the way to the closing where I put in my card and it was accepted on my end and the money was taken out of my account, that was not the case on variant so I had a payment of 114 looming somewhere in cyberspace that my financial institution said would be giving back to me within 7 days, Diane got me in my storage unit and also make sure that it was paid up until the end of the following month you don't really come across people who care about people everyday. But you can tell that Diane loves what she does and it makes that effortlessly wonderful. If you are in any way shape form or fashion looking to store some things clear some clutter or just interact with a really cool gal Diane at public storage she's definitely definitely fits the bill.
