I was driving by, saw a young woman straightening a sign in the windows and had to stop. Her name was Beverly Dingman, and she explained that she was inspecting the facility and putting things in a more pleasant way. She also told me about some of the features, such as 'There are keypads at every door entrance for extra security, supplies are available for the customer's needs and is so conveniently located. They have my account permanently marked as past due when in fact my account is paid out 2 months ahead. The site manager is also extremely rude and I had to call the regional manager on her. The MOMENT I am able to come back to get my stuff out of there I will.
Update: I received a call from Jessie, who helped clear my account from showing past due and also provided excellent customer service. After speaking with him, I am extremely satisfied with the way the situation was handled. His customer service, compassion and professionalism alone brings my review from a 1 to a 5. Moving is always such a stressful experience, but Stephen at Public Storage made this part of the process so easy and stress-free for us! From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. Stephen took the time to walk us through everything—he was very informative about pricing, insurance options, and the sizes of the units. We were even able to view the exact unit we wanted before committing, which was a huge relief.
We were amazed at how smooth everything went; within 20 minutes, we had viewed the unit, discussed all the details, and signed the paperwork! Stephen’s excellent customer service really made this experience enjoyable and efficient. If you’re looking for a place to store your belongings with peace of mind, I highly recommend Public Storage—and definitely ask for Stephen! Nice and clean storage location. The manager was friendly. Place is easily accessible with lots of cameras for security. Prices are good when they are on special, but not as much when the special pricing randomly runs out. My only complaint is that the rate can be changed whenever the facility feels like it. But I would definitely go back and use Public Storage again as I find their pricing is still better than other storage facilities in this area.
I called the other day to get information in a storage unit for a friend moving to the area. I spoke with Kristie and she was very professional and informative. She was friendly, professional, and able to answer all my questions. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but Kristie’s customer service was exceptional and refreshing.

Rented a space in December pending a move in January thinking we would need the additional storage space. Ended up not needing the unit. Christie called me as my auto pay was rejected, and I hadn't gotten a chance to go out there and close the account. She was SO understanding and kind and told me once I made the payment she would close out the account. I was perfectly fine with paying as it was on me for not taking care of it in a timely manner. Once the payment was processed, I called Christie back and she closed out the unit. She was kind, professional and understanding. Great experience for something I didn't even end up needing.
After looking around for a storage Public Storage seems to be the best, Kristi in the front office is very nice and helpful, This place is well kept and has good lighting , opens early & closes late. Thank you for being here for me .
