I have been renting two units at Public Storage in Allen on Andrews Pkwy for the past year. It's a very clean and well kept facility. Everyone that I have interacted with there has been courteous, polite and helpful. I would especially like to compliment the manager, Chris Bowen for his huge help with assisting me with my two units so I could move my belongings all the way to Indiana. He went above and beyond to make this feat possible without me being able to be there in person. I was amazed at how he responded in an extremely timely manner every time I had a question or request. I wouldn't hesitate using this storage facility in Allen in the future.

This guy Chris helped me out a couple days ago when I had to ask more questions than any normal person has. When things are new and your life is changing it is really nice to find someone who is patient with you while you're being worried about dumb stuff and have more questions than a toddler about how things work at a facility. I have been renting here going on three years. When I first signed my lease agreement, it was a different company and then Public Storage bought it out. There have been times. I’ve been frustrated with the corporate change. However, I recently wanted to move into a bigger unit. Chris was an amazing help with this transition. He was helpful, understanding, and explained everything in detail. The process was easy and quick because of him!

The place itself is wonderful but beware that at anytime they will raise your rent and at any amount they choose, there is no set amount or time in their contract to do so, they just give you a 30 day warning they are doing it. So you get a good rate at the beginning but they will for sure go up on you quickly.
Accommodating when I needed to make a change, clean, climate controlled, and secure. Update: I just wish they would have had staff accessible on sight. I rarely saw anyone there.

I am up here nearly every day. Tiffany is running the place perfectly, she’s friendly and a hard worker and monthly tries to get my unit rate lowered. Like other reviews, Public Storage corporate gouged me with a $95 increase after 3 months.
She fought hard to get new locks on the public restrooms for the convenience of her customers. Prior to last week, they were always locked and if a manager wasn’t here, you couldn’t use the facilities which was a huge inconvenience to everyone.
I’ve been to numerous storage facilities all over DFW and this Public Storage is always clean, rodent free and well run, which I can’t say about the majority of them.
Tiffany greeted me at the door, and with a warm smile, welcomed me to Public Storage. She helped me find a unit closest to the door in order to make my move easier since I have trouble with my back. Every question was answered fully and to my complete satisfaction, and even conversing with her was a pleasure. Tiffany took the time to explain everything I needed to know. She was so nice. The storage building and unit were immaculate and I felt good about the security measures that are taken to protect customers in and around the building. What a wonderful first-time experience! Definitely recommending this location to others! Everything was perfect, just exactly what I was hoping for, from customer service to accessibility to the condition of the unit itself. I rented a storage unit online and when I got there, it did not have the rollup door and I am sure that it told me that when I rented it, but I missed it. The girl working was extremely helpful and immediately found me another unit that worked. Everything there is clean and fresh and looks new, my experience was top-notch and I definitely recommend this facility if you need a storage unit.
