Odyssey was a great help with helping me find a storage space that fits all my stuff. Highly recommend the location, very clean and great customer service.
Great and fast service
I usually don’t write reviews, but I had a really good experience with Angel at the 840 Cottman location. He was so pleasant greeted me explained everything I didn’t feel rushed and he even let me know he was new. Great Customer service is hard to find nowadays he was amazing!
I want to thank Shana for being so informative and Oddysia for bothering having excellent communication and customer service.
TJ was super helpful and very informative about storage units and storage pricing. I will definitely be inquiring more about spaces And will be doing business with this facility. TJ needs a raise🫡

Hi ,again the elevator not working for 5 days, as always, today I went to front desk office to tell them, than that person work there was rude and tray to accused for being moving in and out my stuff and that some people don't like that, come on dud stop making excuses. Even when I uesd my unit there is no one there,
Plus if you rent a unit you have the right to ues it when ever you want right? But this guy want to limit my access and said you will be kick out all this because I asked him to call his supervisor he get made and start talking bad ,

So the first encounter I had with the property manager. "Odyssey" was brutal from the beginning. Very rude. So I had an issue with a payment and I had fixed it and for some reason there was a lock on my unit for 3 days until after I fixed the payment and they were too lazy to take off the lock I had even called into customer service and told them I was going to remove it myself. So now about 2 weeks after I pay up until December and am told I owe a balance and to come out of my unit. So I dont know how thats possible but I believe I may be getting charged for the lock. Ok. Fine but the disrespectful attitude, the indirect comments, the unprofessionalism makes me wonder how they vet the people that work here. They act like slum lords. I would never. Ever ever recommend this place to anyone. Infact runaway while u can!!!!!
Elevator broken with no notice, had heavy stuff and couldn’t use the stairs. Wasted hours in the heat, and in such a massive building there’s no support on the phone — nobody answers, no help at all. Restroom is locked and useless.
I’m so happy at this storage know i couldnt go there in the summer it Feltonville like 120 Degrees. The one I’m at now. Has air conditioner, and the Girl was very helpful and nice. Glad to deal with her. I will give her Ten star.
Very excellent 1st impression. Facility is super clean inside and out. Manager Odaysi was beyond helpful and very professional, even when I asked the same question multiple times. Hoping for an easy move-in.

The service is very good, The attendants explain very well, they are synpatical. ! only the place of access is not very good, the entrance is on a very busy street, so you have to have patience to wait for an opportunity to enter with security
I have a unit at this location my unit door is not opening at all I have called the management team I even called corporate and no one is helping me with the situation is like they are holding my thing hostage I’m paying for a storage unit that I can’t even access because clearly no one at this place cares to give me a call and let me know what they are going to do about the situation.when calling the office it goes straight to voicemail no one answers the phone.

There was a lot of confusion about the space we were trying to rent at first when i was booking online, but the clerk at the front desk, Cynthia, got everything straightened out for us. She went above and beyond to get us a good space that would accommodate all of our needs. She worked diligently and partially through her break to make sure we was satisfied before we left. If it wasn't for her, we was definitely getting ready to choose another storage company. Thank you Cynthia for your dedication, patience, and your professionalism. It's hard to find that nowadays in the customer service field.
