I did not have a good experience at the storage on 240 and may I paid for a 10×15 and got a 10×9 I am not at all happy and will probably take my money somewhere else .
Today I have a new storage unit at Public Storage. Cynthia fixed all my problems and made me a happy customer again just as she has done every time I see her. I have rented from you years ago and left because I no longer needed to store things but I came back in February and have needed to change things and your fabulous manager helped me every time. She actually deservescat least ten stars.

Great rates for first time renters as low as $1 to rent a unit an that is for all size units as well an its open on all major holidays an Cynthia the manager there really works hard to make sure you are fully satisfied an aware of all the inns an outs of the unit you rent an she has always been very nice an happily ready to help on any issue that may come about while your on the property hope you havin a great day ms. The exit gate hasn’t been working in my recent visits. The number dialing on the keypad hasn’t worked either. Every-time I try to call the office nobody is there. No cars outside. No workers inside when I drive by. It makes me reverse my car all the way around to Gate #1. A lot of work on my end and no workers to tell it to.
Customer service was not perfect but it was ok. The app is garbage, couple of times the exit gate will not open, because of the app does not work. It’s hard to move couches in and out with the indoor storage units. So, if you have big items, go for the pull up storage units.
They raise your rent without notice!

Very happy with this location. Friendly staff, clean facilities, never any issues!
I've used them before. Never again. I showed up after hours, but called ahead for my lock to be in my unit, and they said it already was, which was a lie. Then, the Unit was packed full of water from all the storms. So I'm getting charged double for the moving truck and took it back home because they didn't have an emergency line. I can't imagine all the people who got stuff ruined there. The truck is costing me gas, miles and 65 bucks.

Paige was very sweet and took very good care of me. She was awesome! I have been with public storage for a while now and I'm getting so tired of my rent going up. It has happened a few times now and I understand the price of living and everything else goes up but I think if you have been with the storage facility for a while or you have always paid on time/ never been late on your payment there should be rewards or something to keep your payments the same. It is hard enough to survive and pay bills and then you get stuck with these high storage prices.

24 hour surveillance, employees also walk the grounds checking to make sure locks are secure I had rented one of their biggest units and am very satisfied with Cynthia and the other workers I encountered. I was worried very concerned about any kind of pest and they assured Mi' that they have none. I've moved out the unit and examined my furniture bedding and other things and Am happy to write a Wonderful review .

I had checked out a unit at this facility a year ago but went with another storage company a mile north because of the appearance of the property . A lot has changed this year and when I checked again hoping to get into a smaller and cheaper unit , I found Ravona to be very helpful and found that she had whipped that place into shape .
