I've purchased 12 auction units at various PS locations the last 2 years. Melissa was BY FAR the most helpful and informative manager i have dealt with buying units with this company. She had my paperwork done and had me in my unit in under 10-12 minutes. She also came and checked on us more than once while we were sorting and loading to see if we needed anything. Can't say enough how helpful she was. Over the top service, and im technically not even really a Public Storage customer. Thank you for the smooth transaction!

The lady in the office was very nice and patient. I wasn’t sure what size unit to get but I told her what I needed to store, and she suggested a bigger size than what I was originally going to get and all my items fit perfectly.

This property has turned around so much since the new lady has been there my mother has a unit currently and has prided this place in the past couple of months as far as cleanliness and overall attention to detail as well as not fearing running over random nails when accessing her unit.
Watch out if you make a reservation they leave early

If I could give this place -10 I so would!!! Very unprofessional we pay a monthly insurance fee to have our property protected! And my stuff was not, my unit had been broken in too, I had every thing organized and when I showed up today 1/22/2024 my unit had the lock cut off and my storage unit was a mess!!! I called customer support was NO HELP so he said he would inform management. Not helpful at all either I should not have to file a police report when I pay insurance every month so if you rent from this storage make sure you don’t keep any valuables!! Slowly moving into my new house and this is the very last thing I thought would happen!! Very unsatisfactory!!!

Terrible. I called and spoke to some guy in customer service for Publuc Storage, regarding my payment, kinda weird sounding guy or gal was rude, wouldn't let me finish my sentence before interrupting, I just hung up. But Billy, was very understanding, polite, and apoligized for someone else. He wanted to help but his hands are tied. Public Storage customer service sucks!!!!

I have three lockers rented at this location and I've never had no trouble there it's always been a good clean place and I guess his name is Billy he's always been a good customer service rep to me and everything and anything I've asked I've always got the answer to and I see him out and about checking on things and make sure that things are secure and everything and I'm glad to have it so close to my house
(44th & I-35 OKC) Bad customer service. I call the number on the door, no answer. I called a different location, they say he’s on the lot in the back “working”. Employee came driving in his personal vehicle from down the road. Btw they don’t take cash. I didn’t ask about I.O.U.’s.
Not only did our unit get broken into, the ceiling fell in on what was left and the unit next to ours had roaches. We had insurance through them and we are still fighting g with them over it and it happened in October.

The storage here has changed names Oklahoma storage and they have made such great improvements! We can now have access to our unit after hours with the new automated gates- The office staff is so friendly and I personally love the new clean appearances! Good job!
