Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 1825 E Memorial Rd, Oklahoma City, OK

I am in the process of moving and needed to move my things from one storage unit to another. I can’t say enough positive things about Kas…. she answered all of my questions. She was so kind and polite not to mention when I got into my storage unit. It was so clean. I was shocked thank you all so much at public storage especially Kas for being so wonderful. I will definitely do business with you again.

I reserved a unit online and went to the property on Memorial Road in Edmond Oklahoma. Met Nick and he was a great help with finding me a unit that would fit my needs. I was in and out in very little time. I highly recommend Nick and Public Storage with any and all of your storage needs.

Fire Code Violation! No access to our climate controlled unit for 2 weeks!! PAID MOVERS AND COULD NOT ACCESS UNIT. We leased 2 storage units. Emptied one unit. The employee disabled our access code and vacated the unit we were still occupying. Not knowing this took place, we hired movers at $100 deposit and $100/hour. We get to the storage facility and the storm affected the security system so we could no access our inside climate controlled unit. That is when we found out our access code was not longer active. This facility has magnetic doors and they have no manual way of opening the building. We paid the movers $340. We waited over an hour for someone to come and let us know what was going on. Movers were on the clock. This happened on June 28th. As of this moment, July 9th, the system has not been fixed and we still have no access to our unit. We were billed for the the month of July. The district manager has been asked to call us regarding the matter for two weeks and we have yet to hear from this person. I am out of storage fees, moving expenses and I have chairs no tables, half a sofa no cushions, refrigerator drawers no refrigerator, mattresses no frames, no dressers for clothes, not TVs, no lamps, etc. Moved into my new house to live like I am house poor. Stay away!

Told me account was cleared and zero balance when I closed it. Spoke to two representatives of this company. I now have $90 in collections and never once was an attempt made to reach out to me. I will never recommend this business to anyone, this should be criminal.

We have rented a unit from this facility for several years Be aware that they charge automatic rate increases- meaning loyal, long time customers pay far more than new Absolutely not recommended for long term use for this reason. Over the past year, they have also developed a major insect control problem. Most the facility smells horribly due to efforts to control this issue.

Unit has been broken into 2 times now. The surveillance cameras have been no help to find the perpetrators. So much for a safe and secure facility. Plus, Public Storage continues to raise my rate.

A very easy and pleasant experience

Be aware! They will increase your payment about every 2 to 3 months! 🤯 I rented at $63 a month for a 10 x 10. Two months later, they did a hike. I called and was able to get it reduced back to the original for 2 months.. After that, it was a constant battle calling almost every month and being told sorry, it is market price! I went from $63 to $104 a month in 1 year. I was out of state with my hands tied. I was so grateful to be able to finally get my stuff and be done with Public storage! A lot of heartache!

I can’t say enough about Liz at this location. I have never had such great customer service like she provided for me. I had an issue and she helped me with no hesitation and was amazing, we need more people like her in this world. 🖤

We arrived in Oklahoma City a couple days ago with 2 26 foot uhaul trucks stuffed full. Dan the manager did an outstanding job getting our four reserved lockers ready for us including the locks and locations. He explained how the gates work, when our next bills would be due, and cheerfully answered our questions. He made sure we got to the correct lockers. He did a great job and it helped take the stress from our relocation. I give him 5 stars! Job well done.

Terrible experience. Terrible "district manager." My partner rented a unit and paid for a lock which she called about and requested multiple times and got no response. We put our own lock on in the meantime and returned a week later to find our lock removed and another lock on the unit. The "manager" had no answers and said she didn't know who did it and she just left without helping at all. We called the district manager and told her the situation and she basically said we are lying. So going on two weeks and we still can't get in our unit that we are still paying for and someone has accessed our unit because when we visited we found one of our kids toys on the ground outside. This is unbelievable unprofessionalism. I'm completely baffled by the way we've been treated. Disrespectful, rude and shameful. I couldn't be more disappointed and shocked that they are ok with us not having access to our unit. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

SUE absolutely saved my day today and I am thrilled that Public Storage has Sue as an employee. She was better than the Internet and better than the person I called. 5 STARS 4 SUE !!!
