Have been storing things there for a few months. Recently lost the keys to my lock like a dummy. Becky was a huge help in getting that problem fixed though. Appreciate her help!

Recent former customer as we have just vacated our last unit. Overall adequate company and storage but beware of significant cost growth. For reference we had two inside units a 10x20 and a 10x10 started in the fall of 2019. The 10x20 was $94 and the 10x10 $57 a month which was a very good price. Then came Covid where it jumped in 2022; 10x10 was $101 and a 10x20 $181. Jumped again in 2023 10x10 only at this point to $130, 2024 $169 and finally in 2025 $201 a month. The employees have been helpful and friendly however there has been a lot of turnover and are sometimes not in according to the published hours. Notably this past Sat 14 Jun we were there at 8ish am no one in and we left around 10/11 and saw one person we assumed was coming in for the day. We came back around 2/3pm no one there to let know we were vacating had to call through the phone tree. I was called back on Sunday and it was a pretty quick. Overall, it will meet your storage needs but you need to frequently check in for mold and watch the prices as they jump and sometimes with very little notice. Staff was friendly and pleasant to work with the times we had interactions through the years.

I recently started renting a space unit here and I have to say hands down this is a good facility. Even more though I have to say that the manager Becky is more than amazing! She has been very professional, quick to respond and more than willing to make sure we are satisfied as customers! Thank you!

Giving 5 stars for Desiree who went above and beyond with helping me today. Same on Public Storage for raising the rate for my unit $23 dollars more. Online prices are much better but once you get that first year in the come back and get you I guess. My same unit is $59 right now online that I am now paying $92 for, Wahhhhhh

I had an AMAZING experience with this Public Storage in OKC! Moving all the way from California was a big deal, but Kimmi made it so much easier with her fantastic customer service and problem-solving skills. In just a couple of days, we were all set up and had everything that wouldn't fit in our new, temporary apartment neatly stored away. Honestly, without Kimmi's understanding, support, and top-notch service, I have no idea what we would have done for storage. Thank you so much, Kimmi, for everything you do at Public Storage! You're the best!

We just recently moved from out of state and I'd like to say that Kimmi is a wonderful and beautiful soul. She helped us with every single need we had, including aide for my son. Every time we needed to figure something out, she was always there helping us brainstorm ideas for our storage. It's always a pleasure to speak with her, she is very kind and friendly, she made us feel welcome since the very beginning. Thank you Kimmi for all that you do, you are amazing.

Just got back from visiting the units, I’m impressed by how clean it looked. Kristen showed me around. She was super helpful showing me the units! Didn’t give a 5 because I haven’t actually booked and used facility yet. So far so good though!

Kimmy makes a fantastic worker! She always provides excellent customer service. I never felt like a burden because of her. She would call me back within an hour after I left a voicemail. I didn't remain as long as I did because of the company; instead, I stayed because of the excellent customer service. Even so, the reason I ultimately made the decision to move out was the ongoing increase in prices. I wanted the storage; I didn't need it. Overall I have no complaints!

Kim has been amazing. My girlfriend has spoken with her for years and she is always consistent in her customer service and overall demeanor. She is always kind and understanding and just overall wonderful. Thank you so much.

The facility manager is such a nice little lady. She is kind & helpful & actually calls you when issues arise at the facility instead of just letting you find out if & when you notice the next year, I mean time you visit.

I was not sure if I wanted a storage unit or not when I went to the property. There was a nice charming man named gabe that helped me and convinced me into getting a storage unit..

I was helped by a gentleman named Gabriel. He was polite and very respectful. He was so helpful and helped me understand exactly what I was worried about. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends to switch or even start at this center!

I cannot say enough good things about the team at the Public Storage location on 119th Street. They were incredibly patient and accommodating in holding their largest unit for me when I was unable to provide them with a specific date, due to the moving company I was using being the absolute worst cesspool of incompetence I have ever experience. I was forced to subject Public Storage to uncertainty with scheduling, ever changing timelines, and little information. They were empathetic and kind and made sure to follow up with me to renew my reservation often, to make sure I still had the unit I needed when the time came, which literally saved the move and made it possible. Once we were finally able to unload, David was very polite and professional and did everything he could to help me and the moving crew, including adding a second unit and letting us stay late to finish. The entire process and payment was easy and smooth, not a single issue. THANK YOU guys, I cannot tell you how much I appreciated your help making an overall atrocious moving experience so much better for me!!!

Very friendly employees. Easy to sign up and reserve a space and the best prices. Kimmi the property manager at this location made the experience even better. She went above and beyond helping us with the stress of moving and assisting with getting the right unit setup. 10/10 would recommend!

hi, 10/6, I need help on my bill, I am low on money and cannot pay util 11/1, what do I do? buyng food and water homeless is not going well.account help. I wrote to public storage on instagram too. my phone cannot recertify with medicaid because I have no address. what to do? is there is grace period?

Edit: Customer service apologized and made it right. I appreciated it very much. called for a unit and explained that I have a whole 4 Wheeler to store. She explained that their 5x5 would fit it perfectly. We made the deal and I headed out on my 2 hour drive. When we get here it's 5:30pm, and we find there's no way to get it through the door and no one to talk to about it because they're closed.... thanks public storage please train your staff better.

The people here were really nice. I didn't have my stuff there long, and after I cleared out my unit, I was called by the lady at thr front desk the next day to make sure I wasn't robbed. 5/5 stars, would use public storage again :)

I've had a storage unit with public storage on 119th street for years. Kimmi was extremely helpful when I was considering changing to a different size unit, and was super polite and knowledgeable about my different options. I will be a customer for years to come!
