First time customer came in as an Auction winner explaining a situation and hoping for the best. Raina was fantastic. She was on time, very informative and patient with me. This was a huge plus for my ever staying anxiety. I ended up wanting to pay monthly for a unit and she helped me through the entire process explaining every detail and trying to get me the best possible price. This place is well maintained but the service is what stands out. Thanks and I would refer to friends and family.

The video/automated sign-up is a little unusual (at least for an older folk), but it was quite pleasant and easy to use. The remote customer service rep Robert was fantastic. Very genial, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with and was able to answer all of my questions.
I have not begun using the unit, so I have no review regarding the usage of the unit yet.

I rented 2 storage units at this location: one inside unit and one outside unit. The indoor unit was in pristine condition. I did have problems finding the indoor unit and keying in my code because of the location of the keycode box. I haven't seen the outdoor unit yet.

Jenna, who manages the Mason facility in a very professional manner, has been most helpful, beyond the call of duty, in finalizing the close out of my contract. She facilitated my efforts, my being wheelchair bound, following a very stressful and painful personal occurrence during my contract period while renting a 5 X 5 unit.
She helped clean out the specific remains left in my unit. She bagged up three large bags of items, wheeled them to the main office, and brought them inside. She will take appropriate actions in dealing with the items I didn’t trajectories.
When my handicap equipped van comes to pick me up for my return, I’ll load myself and my three bags into it and we’re off.
Thanks again to Jenna and to Public Storage during this most difficult time in my life.
