Unless you’re at the site and Deborah is there you Can’t get ahold of anyone EVER. She’s wonderful in person but I don’t live in the area yet and can’t run over there every time I need help.
The unit STINKS terribly. I was told it was because of the amusement park???
Tried to update to my insurance on website- WON’T let me. Other than Deborah in person this has been a dreadful experience. Be prepared for surprises fees and charges. How is this place staying in business??
I had some questions about storage and wanted to ask them in person instead of calling due to them always making reservations when I’m simply asking questions. Deborah is off work today but she came out and answered my questions as much as she could without be in front of the computer. I want to give her a shout out. Thank you

Let me just say, the customer service the lady in the office provided was beyond expectation. I think her name is Deborah. She answered all of my questions and was very pleasant. Everything looks clean and well taken care of. I've shopped around for a nice place to store some family items that has been handed down - that I currently don't have room for. She explored my options with me and we found the perfect unit. I feel safe storing my belongings here until I move next year!
Stopped in the office to ask some questions about storage units. Deborah helped me and showed me a couple units so I can decide on the size I needed. Property well kept and has plenty of security. I feel that my belongings will be safe.I will be watching for the best deals at this location.

Do not rent here, horrible customer service and they love to increase rent randomly. They will not work with you or pro rate anything. Bar none worst storage company I have ever dealt with.
This place sucks, I pay for 2 months at a time. Ever since the management of this place has taken over there has been nothing but failers and disappointments. I just found out tonight when I tried to get into my storage unit that I had an over due balance of 4.84$. Very weird since I paid for this whole month in June. I am now in search for a different storage space. I’m not going to be taken advantage of especially since I have receipts that show I should have owed zero.
I don’t wish this business on my worst enemy.
This place doesn’t even deserve a full review. RUN!
