Ineesia is amazing! She is DEFINITELY an asset to your company. THE ONLY ONE. I have had nothing but horrific experiences with receiving any semblance of cust serv since I rented the unit. I was overcharged, have not been able to gain access to my unit since Sept 24th, have tried, literally 100's of times to speak to someone, left soo many mssgs with no response. Was not advised of the monthly $15 required insurance fee, was billed, and I have, and have had renters

Ever since I made the reservation to rent I have YET to get in contact with ANYONE that’s actually at this location! What in the Universe is going on here!?!?!? First day I had work so I couldn’t make it before the office closed but made it in time before gate access closed; long story short I had to call customer service in order to get the code to my lock and the agent that helped me that day didn’t know what he was talking about & the following day was even worse 🤯 but I had great customer support that day, but not from anyone on the property.

I forgot to lock my storage unit last night. I did not realize until I found lock still on key ring this morning. I could not make it to storage site until 11:00 AM. I was in a panic hoping I had not been looted. I arrived to find my unit locked. I went to office and Martel had discovered unlocked unit, checked and saw contents still inside. Everything looked O.K. so he put lock on it. So by the time I arrived unit was safe secure all contents there and locked! I also would like to comment on Martels professional courteous demeanor and attitude. You don't always encounter that anymore. I found it to be quite refreshing.. Thank you again Martel.

Unfortunately I was late on my payment so I did not have access to enter my unit. I came in recently to look at a unit to rent while we are remodeling our home. The manager on duty, I believe his name was Brain, was very attentive. He went over the different options available and terms for rental as well as any specials. He answered all my questions in detail. I ask a lot of questions and he did not seem annoyed at all. He reassured me that my items would be safe and gave me comfort with this decision I have to make. He took me to 3 different sized units and explained how much I could fit in each one. I have never had this level of service provided at a storage facility before. He was so pleasant and patient with me. I will rent from this location because of his customer service! My aunt needed a storage space and to be honest we were difficult. We had been all over the area and didnt know much about renting storage. It had been a long day and we were just miserable.
