Good place to keep you stuff safe but be ready for that price hike. Started at 168 a month for 11x13 now im paying 435. Been here 6 years. Just keeps getting higher and higher. Not a good way to show you appreciate your tenants.
Manager told me a closing time and by the end of day it was a different time it was my last day there now she wants me to pay the whole month because I stayed after hours! Ridiculous

By far the worst place I've ever dealt with. Nobody is ever there. They changed our lock without letting us know even though we're all paid up. Elevator doesn't always work. No access to stairway. Need code to get out. Stay away!
Just rented a spot from these guys and the customer service is outstanding really. I got the push carts and everything -you have a working elevator - they have camera coverage throughout and everything secured as heck. Compared to CubeSmart (which is where we came from) this place is five stars - where as CubeSmart would be likey to get a half a star -I recommend these guys ! Everything is fine- no complaints!
Pricing is predatory at best. Beware of the contract and their market adjustments which come out of nowhere and for no reason

I reserved a storage unit at this facility. I received a call telling me I could come in and finalize the reservation at the office. When I arrived, there was no one in the office. Three other people were waiting there as well; we all needed access to the office. There was still an hour left in the workday. I called two company numbers: at the first, I was told I needed an appointment, and the second number went unanswered. Terrible service. I do not recommend it. A complete waste of time and money.

This is by far the worst storage facility I have ever seen.
The biggest issue is that this huge building has only ONE elevator, which is incredibly old and barely functions. On our move-in day, the elevator broke down completely. Because of this, we couldn't get our belongings up to the 3rd floor. Since we were scheduled to leave town immediately after the move, this malfunction ruined all our plans. We were forced to keep our U-Haul truck for an extra day and pay out of pocket for an unexpected hotel night. To make matters worse, the elevator was still broken the next day, and the employee simply told us to wait around, possibly for the whole day.
To add insult to injury, when half of our belongings were already stuck on the third floor and the elevator broke, management actually suggested that we BUY A SECOND UNIT on the first floor just to unload the rest of our stuff! This sounded like a complete joke and pure mockery.
The management's handling of this situation is absolutely unacceptable and irresponsible.
On top of that, the climate control is a joke. The AC barely works, so your items will not be kept cool. It is extremely hot and stuffy inside the facility, so much so that you feel like you might faint just from carrying a box.
Riding in the elevator is genuinely terrifying; it shakes, rattles, and makes horrible noises. If you do risk using it, bring water with you. If you get stuck in there, you will suffocate from the heat, and it feels like no one will come to help you.
Save your time, money, and health. Do not rent a unit here!

When I first got there I didn't have access to my gate code automatically and Kamari was such an angel she helps me do it quickly and she was so sweet I love her vibe she is literally the best thing at this public storage.

Would like to add that after obtaining & paying for a unit with this location I'd decided to upgrade to a larger unit prior to moving in the initial unit. Attempted to call multiple times over a 2-day period of time leaving several messages and got no answer or response from management. Due to time sensitive reasons reached out to customer service and requested a larger unit at another location. Needless to say storing my items at a location that doesn't care about the customer after getting the sale is definitely not my idea of exceptional customer service! 😠

I'm working and living between Vegas & Southern CA & unfortunately need some major home repairs done. I contacted PS a few weeks ago & Mitchell was extremely helpful getting me set up. Today when I actually started moving into the unit it had a broken hasp, very hard to open & wouldn't close after it was opened. Brought it to Mitchell & again he was extremely helpful, replacing the hasp between my delivery loads. Customer service at 100%!!

I should’ve known this location was no good when I saw the guy behind the desk cursing out another customer. After I cancelled my storage unit over the phone April 12, the manager decided to just cancel it yesterday, then charge me a full month. Even though I left him multiple messages letting him know it was cancelled, so now I’m dealing with customer service so they can correct it!
Wendy was helpful, knowledgeable, and was willing to take the time to help me jump through the extra steps these things often take.
Don't Do It. Reserved a unit and arrived to move in. The office was locked despite being during "open" hours and can't gain access to the unit until meeting with the office. Called the on-site manager and left multiple voicemails, waited an hour, and they never returned my call or returned to the office. Called regular customer service and they couldn't help. Now, Public Storage is refusing to refund me for the unit that I never gained access to. Not cool... Wouldn't recommend.
I just want to say that I've never seen anybody working and helping people as hard and as much as Mitch does. He's always there to lend a helping hand he made my move-in to go smoothly easy no problem he's never rude he's always there unlike some properties I forgot my storage unlocked one day he immediately called he's just all around probably one of the best employees Public Storage has and really the only reason that I'm still there
Mitch is amazing he made it so easy to move in sign paperwork and basically made everything just go smoothly . Every time I've been there he's always cleaning , making this place look nice. It's ridiculous the hours they provide entry. 9:30 a-5 p on week ends, & 6:30 on a week day. I've never seen anything like this before in my life. Especially in this 24 hour city. And the false advertising of contactless rental! I did this, as I have elsewhere before, in order to get my truck unloaded early! HA! NO ENTRY after payment, & contract signed!! In fact there was NO granted entry until the gates(office) opened at 9:30 am!
This place is hazardous. Broken in half cart, that has a very loose handle, and the bottom will come totally off of the cart frame. The elevator kept shutting on me, & my cart full of things too. Even left to go upstairs without me!
I’ve had my storage since 9/2018 and went to my storage to get a few items only to find it was covered in rat urine and feces and the ceiling coming down! I spoke to the manager who said they had a rodent problem “about a year ago”. Nobody ever contacted me to go check my unit. Everything in the unit is destroyed and it’s a health hazard for me to dispose of or touch anything due it’s covered in feces. I left a message stating I would be trying to salvage what I could on Nov 5th and would no longer be responsible for the unit. Now they are telling me they’re putting a lien on the unit. Mmmkay it’s totally destroyed from THEIR rodent issue and failure to notify me of the problem from a year ago. No longer my problem. Totally disgusting! Do not store your stuff here. I was a good customer and had that storage for 6 years and that’s how they treat people couldn’t even contact customers to let them know they had an infestation of rats. I lost everything in the storage. I recently had a hip replacement and am in no shape to be disposing of rat destroyed items. The area mgr tried to offer me 20.00 off November’s rent as compensation. No thank you it doesn’t come close to what I lost in the unit.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Unless you want to get ripped off and disrespected, look elsewhere. Public Storage is THE WORST self storage company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
The elevator is constantly broken and out of service, forcing you to use the stairs where the doors are left wide open for anyone to walk in - never mind that you are not getting the security you are paying for. There have been multiple days when I haven't been able to access my unit because the elevator is broken.
The regional manager, Devin Dance, doesn't care, won't compensate me for the inconvenience and refuses to return phone calls. ZERO STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE!! CORPORATE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS!!
Public Storage is the worst customer service experience I have had in more than 10 years of renting storage units. Calling customer service does not help, they will just lie to you and hang up on you. They say you will receive a call from a manager within 72 hours, but that's a lie because no one is going to call you back. The last time I did get a call, they called while I was still on a call with customer service and immediately hung up on me for no reason! All I said was hello and they hung up on me! I asked the rep if that was my phone call and was told I would definitely be receiving a call within 72 hours. That was 7 days ago and I still haven't received a call. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
Additionally, hours at this location are too short. No access after 6 pm on weekdays and 5:30 pm on weekends, not convenient at all. You will also find rat droppings on your stuff. Also, no lights in the units and hallway lights shut off every 10 minutes leaving you stacking boxes in the dark. That's how cheap they are.
If you still rent here after reading this, you will regret it, Public Storage corporate management guarantees it.
I will never rent with Public Storage ever again. I will never recommend renting here. I will tell everyone to stay away from Public Storage. Shame on Public Storage and their terrible managers.

Came in to get a storage unit Irene greeted us with a warm welcome. Her customer service was friendly I had no issues she offered to let us see the unit before paying we where in and out.
RAT INFESTED! Management thinks this is a joke. We terminated and moved out immediately. If you really want to have reliable clean storage, you won't find it here.
The evaluator doesn't work has been out of service for months. Ridiculous.
Can rarely find an employee on lot or in office, if you do be ready for an attitude.
My unit has been moved once due to rat infested, and now again, but this time no one called to let me know.

EDIT 2: Irene helped me resolve this and get me into a unit. She is amazing. 800 number customer service person was not.
EDIT: I just heard from the location and they are trying to make things right. I am going to change this rating tomorrow if all goes well when I go finalize everything. I believe it will as Irene was very helpful.
I made a reservation and then an appointment to see the space and finalize. I had to reschedule my first appointment, that was on me. When I showed up on the new day and time no-one was there and it was 112 degrees out so I could not wait. I went home and called and left a voicemail asking to come back when they were available but got no call back. I called everyday for the next 5 days and NEVER got a call back. I left multiple voicemails. Nothing. When I called back today the person said to call customer service. She also said the reservation was good for 5 days and I was on the 5th day as per her words. They would not honor the reserved price. She directed me to call the 800 number for help. All they offered was to give me a refund for the first month to equal the first month being the $74 I reserved it at but after that it would go to $120. That is almost double the price. FYI I found out they are month to month and can and will raise your price as much as they want, even double, depending on market value with only 30 days notice. I am glad the service was bad so I decided against going with Public Storage. Do your research and read the fine print.
Horrible business unprofessional poor customer service, like any other business nowadays no concerns for the customer just a cash grab, phone rep sales me a unit over the phone without telling me the location is appointment only to check in, had to catch a bus in 110 degree heat to find out I couldn't even show Id and check in, had to get another unit with U-Haul because it was an emergency and needed a unit asap no time to wait for an appointment, ask Public Storage for a refund on a unit I never checked into never set foot in got told it would take 24 hours to clear the unit I never seen or been in then 4-7 business days for refund to process, call back 11 business days later told the refund request was never processed even though I called after the first 24 hours and was told it was processed the next day after I originally requested it, the cherry on top is whenever I do get my refund it want be the full amount apparently Public Storage is okay with stealing from customers who they never provided anything at all, PLEASE GO TO U-HAUL OR ANOTHER STORAGE COMPANY DEFINITELY NOT THESE CLOWNS 🤡
Irene was very helpful with my bill after my heart attack and had difficulty making my payments.
Side note: my unit was broken into, some stuff stolen, rats have destroyed some of my things and they have been trying to resolve this pest problem for over a year.
I'm almost knocked back from the smell of rat urine in my unit, but I am alone and can't move my things to another.
I had a smooth Easy check in with Shelly. She was very thorough and informative! Good customer service!

This place is having a lot of trouble and the girl who works there seems like she don’t care about the customers but they sent this man to save the day his name was Michael and wow is he amazing the best customer service and compassionate person I’ve ever met I hope he is the new district manager not sure what he dose but wow what a great turn around in service I hope he is here to stay

I have a couple storages here at this location and it's a good location. Clean, simple, and the lady Zoey that work there in the office is very sweet and efficient. She is on top of things there and is really very helpful.
Zoey helped making the process of switching units super easy she was super nice and the property is cleaner and smells a lot better

Worst place to store your goods my storage unit got broken into twice and the staff is never there in the office to assist you. Isnt that so odd ? Ive read other yelp and google reviews of their customers belonging being stolen. If i had known i wouldnt have stored my things there. Theives work there dont store your belonging at that location. Dont say that you havent been warned.
Will give it half a star but that would be too much, this place is in a great location but unfortunately the management or owners don't care in the slightest or at least pretend to keep the place clean, this place is infested with giant rats swarming everywhere, giant black and hairy flies can be seen flying in every corner of the place, and the entire surface is full of the same dead flies and feces of these rodents can also be observed everywhere in addition to the bad smell of rotten meat what floods the place, this storage unit is already overpriced when at the same time it is falling apart, definitely a good place to visit on Halloween but a health risk to families who use it to store their property, Clark County should shut it down and call channel 13 news I will definitely try to make a property damage claim and will never go back or recommend this place to my worst enemy either!!!...

This is the worst place to rent a storage unit. The floors feel like you are going to fall through them. You can tell they never fixed the flooring just painted over it. The repaving they claimed they did was not done very well and there are cracks still in the pavement. There are so many flies hanging out that you would swear there was a body in a unit. They give a 50 dollar at least price increase every year without notifying you. They dont let you have access to your stuff after closing. I have been with the company for a long time and finally i am moving my stuff out! DONT RENT DROM THEM....FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!

I don't like the hrs of operations. 6pm on the weekdays and 5pm on the weekend seems too early also they open too late too. Those are the times most people are at work so it makes things really difficult to drop off or pick up. If they are going to close at those times they should give the people that were there before closing time 30min to leave and not let anyone in past closing time.
Almost every review is fake lol new management is a joke.
