Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 4685 E Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV

I'm working and living between Vegas & Southern CA & unfortunately need some major home repairs done. I contacted PS a few weeks ago & Mitchell was extremely helpful getting me set up. Today when I actually started moving into the unit it had a broken hasp, very hard to open & wouldn't close after it was opened. Brought it to Mitchell & again he was extremely helpful, replacing the hasp between my delivery loads. Customer service at 100%!!

I have been renting since march 2021 and have had a positive experience here. Front staff is very , very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Dominique and Mitchell!

I like this storage place, I was skeptical as i am with most storage places, but Deja has eased my mind so much! Reassured me that they are trustworthy and made me feel as though my things were going to be as safe as possible! Thank you so much Deja for giving me such a good feeling about renting here i shall be back!

I just want to say that I've never seen anybody working and helping people as hard and as much as Mitch does. He's always there to lend a helping hand he made my move-in to go smoothly easy no problem he's never rude he's always there unlike some properties I forgot my storage unlocked one day he immediately called he's just all around probably one of the best employees Public Storage has and really the only reason that I'm still there

Mitch is amazing he made it so easy to move in sign paperwork and basically made everything just go smoothly . Every time I've been there he's always cleaning , making this place look nice. He's very helpful he answers all questions and basically works his butt off 5 out of 5 Mitchell you are doing great!!!!!!!!!

ORLANDO THE ROCK STAR FROM PODS!! Just had two pods delivered to Public Storage on Tropicana Ave. Orlando was the driver and did an amazing job navigating the tight spaces and drop off. We also had trouble with one of the doors on the POD but Orlando worked his magic and got it opened. Thank you so much Orlando for everything you did today and the extra effort you made for us. You were friendly, professional, and kind and I greatly appreciate you. You’re a true rockstar employee!

Came in to get a storage unit Irene greeted us with a warm welcome. Her customer service was friendly I had no issues she offered to let us see the unit before paying we where in and out.

EDIT 2: Irene helped me resolve this and get me into a unit. She is amazing. 800 number customer service person was not. EDIT: I just heard from the location and they are trying to make things right. I am going to change this rating tomorrow if all goes well when I go finalize everything. I believe it will as Irene was very helpful. I made a reservation and then an appointment to see the space and finalize. I had to reschedule my first appointment, that was on me. When I showed up on the new day and time no-one was there and it was 112 degrees out so I could not wait. I went home and called and left a voicemail asking to come back when they were available but got no call back. I called everyday for the next 5 days and NEVER got a call back. I left multiple voicemails. Nothing. When I called back today the person said to call customer service. She also said the reservation was good for 5 days and I was on the 5th day as per her words. They would not honor the reserved price. She directed me to call the 800 number for help. All they offered was to give me a refund for the first month to equal the first month being the $74 I reserved it at but after that it would go to $120. That is almost double the price. FYI I found out they are month to month and can and will raise your price as much as they want, even double, depending on market value with only 30 days notice. I am glad the service was bad so I decided against going with Public Storage. Do your research and read the fine print.

Irene was very helpful with my bill after my heart attack and had difficulty making my payments. Side note: my unit was broken into, some stuff stolen, rats have destroyed some of my things and they have been trying to resolve this pest problem for over a year. I'm almost knocked back from the smell of rat urine in my unit, but I am alone and can't move my things to another.

I had a smooth Easy check in with Shelly. She was very thorough and informative! Good customer service!

This place is having a lot of trouble and the girl who works there seems like she don’t care about the customers but they sent this man to save the day his name was Michael and wow is he amazing the best customer service and compassionate person I’ve ever met I hope he is the new district manager not sure what he dose but wow what a great turn around in service I hope he is here to stay

I have a couple storages here at this location and it's a good location. Clean, simple, and the lady Zoey that work there in the office is very sweet and efficient. She is on top of things there and is really very helpful.

Zoey helped making the process of switching units super easy she was super nice and the property is cleaner and smells a lot better
