There’s like 50leven Public Storages on this road…. U literally cant throw a quarter without hitting 1 (wonder if they are franchised). This particular one chose thee best person to sit behind the counter. I wondered if she was a theatre major, her voice and the acoustics in that minimal office A++. The facility is nice clean and quiet until u use those horrible carts. At that point the acoustics make u want to kill. Every turn of the wheel feels like your hand in a meat grinder couldnt wait to be done and I feel my stuff is safe
Never thought Id write a google review but I absolutely have to let everyone know how phenomenal larisse and Jasmine are. They helped me and my girlfriend find the right unit we needed and helped us get done what we needed to do. I recently started renting a unit at this Publuc Storage location and I wanted to post how happy I am with the decision. I’m confident my belongings are safe, access is simple and secure, the price was competitive, and the facilities are clean.
I will say though, the icing on the cake was the ease of setting up the rental and the terrific staff at Public Storage 4555 South Blvd. Maria, Rebecca, and La La were so helpful and friendly! They also offered the ability to purchase moving supplies (which they have many box sizes, tape, etc.) to help with my move, but I had already boxed and taped up everything. Good to know in the future, though.

There was confusion when the unit number on rental agreement and actual number did not agree. Brenda went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we could gain access. She communicated seamlessly and made every effort to ensure we were satisfied!

The staff here is top notch! Management is amazing! The customer service I received was over and beyond expectations.
